“Great for trainings”

Pros

Getting started with this tool is very easy so it doesn't take long to begin using it effectively. We mainly use it for product and software training sessions, as well as onboarding for our marketing and sales teams. It's also especially useful when employees are spread across multiple locations and need an update. Instead of trying to coordinate a time for everyone to join the same call we can simply share the recording. The new AI generated subtitles are a big plus too since we're an international company and I can also provide translated subtitles.

Cons

At times the software struggles when I try to upload larger video files.

“accessible video platform for teams”

Pros

Even colleagues without much technical experience can use it without trouble and editing videos or audio files feels very accessible. It makes company knowledge easy to find for everyone through one central video platform. The personal customer support is also a big plus and it comes with plenty of features for larger organizations such as branding the solution with company colors and using SSO.

Cons

It's not on the same level as professional video editing software in terms of feature depth but it definitely includes everything needed to create learning videos and e learning content. And if there's ever a need to share professionally produced content made elsewhere, importing it into the video portal is easy.

“Huge benefit for us!”

Pros

Putting together a large amount of eLearning content for our training modules has been one of the biggest benefits of using this system. Course design is fast and fairly easy which helps us present even more complex topics in a way that fits what learners need. I'd also mention the support team because they've been responsive and effective whenever we've run into issues with the software.

Cons

A downside is that even though editing interactions can be done pretty quickly, assigning those interactions can sometimes be difficult especially when working on the editing and presentation of interaction boxes. The final authoring process still takes quite a bit of time as well. In some cases having larger grids would also help make the information easier to process and more efficient to review.

“Simple workflow and new features”

Pros

The menu layout feels very accessible so even after not using it for quite a while it's quick to get back into the flow. I also appreciate that the software keeps improving over time with new features being added like music support.

Cons

There are still some precision issues when trimming at the millisecond level which means a sequence can sometimes remain visible even though it was supposed to be cut out.

“solid support”

Pros

Using this software feels very easy overall! The interface is user friendly, screen recording works well and adding voiceovers to documents or presentations is really practical. I also appreciate how simple it is to share content with others and the customer support has been reliable whenever needed.

Cons

The more advanced editing is kind of weak. Editing audio tracks could be better and reporting plus exporting those reports still feels limited. In some cases it's also frustrating that videos can't be downloaded or exported independently.
