Great for trainings

Pros

Getting started with this tool is very easy so it doesn't take long to begin using it effectively. We mainly use it for product and software training sessions, as well as onboarding for our marketing and sales teams. It's also especially useful when employees are spread across multiple locations and need an update. Instead of trying to coordinate a time for everyone to join the same call we can simply share the recording. The new AI generated subtitles are a big plus too since we're an international company and I can also provide translated subtitles.

Cons

At times the software struggles when I try to upload larger video files.

accessible video platform for teams

Pros

Even colleagues without much technical experience can use it without trouble and editing videos or audio files feels very accessible. It makes company knowledge easy to find for everyone through one central video platform. The personal customer support is also a big plus and it comes with plenty of features for larger organizations such as branding the solution with company colors and using SSO.

Cons

It's not on the same level as professional video editing software in terms of feature depth but it definitely includes everything needed to create learning videos and e learning content. And if there's ever a need to share professionally produced content made elsewhere, importing it into the video portal is easy.

Pros

Using this software feels very easy overall! The interface is user friendly, screen recording works well and adding voiceovers to documents or presentations is really practical. I also appreciate how simple it is to share content with others and the customer support has been reliable whenever needed.

Cons

The more advanced editing is kind of weak. Editing audio tracks could be better and reporting plus exporting those reports still feels limited. In some cases it's also frustrating that videos can't be downloaded or exported independently.
