Pros
Interacting with students on this tool is excellent and I like that there's a separate student card for notes that the students can't see. I also find the interface very easy to use which helped me get up and running quickly. I can create certificates using templates and I designed a course on web design in podcast format that I enjoyed so much that my student numbers grew by 3.5 times in two months. I feel completely satisfied with the results.
Cons
I wanted more customization and I feel it would be helpful for each client's lessons to unlock exactly the next day after payment at the specific time I choose.

“Free trial confirmed right choice”
Pros
I hesitated before choosing it over other options but I trusted my instincts and haven't regretted it at all. I also valued being able to try it free for a while which allowed me to see the system's effectiveness and confirm it met our needs before committing a budget. I feel the whole team was happy with that approach and even though we're just starting, the trial month was very positive.
Cons
There's no gamification, no email newsletter and no mobile app but I still find the platform great and reliable.

“Upgraded after positive trial experience”
Pros
Half a year ago, we signed up for the trial plan and explored all the free features and I decided to upgrade our subscription for full access. I also appreciated having a technical administrator assigned to help upload and create content and I find the support team very responsive.
Cons
Like any evolving product, the platform continues to expand its functionality and I've noticed that the main gaps are the lack of a mobile application and the absence of a built-in mailing list, though integrations are available.

Pros
Working in the sports industry, I need software that does more than just training clients and I feel this platform helps with tracking session effectiveness, managing communications and organizing tasks. I also notice the variety of tools like checklists, report forms and task management make my workflow easier and I find it cost-effective and user-friendly. Having a dedicated tech admin to assist with uploading content is another feature I really value.
Cons
I haven't found negative factors with this tool and I feel every detail is well handled while remaining beginner-friendly. I also notice the only missing element is a mobile version.

“New analytics, round-the-clock support”
Pros
We really like the new analytics feature and I find it has improved our overall efficiency and experience. I also notice that it's round-the-clock availability and quick support responses are extremely valuable. I feel confident that even at inconvenient hours, help is always available. I also appreciate that Softbook keeps releasing meaningful updates which I feel keep our company ahead of the curve.
Cons
File download speeds can be slow at certain times, though I feel they've improved after the recent update.

Pros
Using the platform to train our users has been effective and I find it meets all our requirements with an interactive LMS, customization options and cloud hosting. I also notice that user engagement has improved significantly since implementing it.
Cons
It would be great if they offered support for creating customized interfaces for clients and I feel that level of personalization, like the custom domain feature, would make onboarding and branding smoother.

It has a very user-friendly and pleasant interface and I find it easy to navigate even for people without much tech experience. I also notice that it's feasible enough that anyone, even a complete beginner, can set up an online school quickly without stress.

Pros
Implementing this tool has been simple and I feel the support, materials and product itself all met my expectations. I also notice we haven't faced any issues during customer training and having done three projects with it, I feel confident that working with it is always a positive experience.
Cons
We've faced minor integration issues and had to coordinate with support but I feel these were small bumps and overall there's nothing major to complain about.
