Pros
The simplicity of use and the latest updates make creating campaigns much faster which I really appreciate.
Cons
The Picture Spot QCM is tricky for me to use and I feel the Swiping Cards QCM could use improvement, being able to preview answers before responding would make it easier.

Cons

Cons

“Gamification with easy offline access”
Pros
Gamification and retail animation have made my experience much more interactive and engaging. The easy to use layout makes it so simple for me to navigate and enjoy the entire process.
Cons
Sometimes it's sensitive to my Wi-Fi connection, though I appreciate that offline usage is possible.
