Pros

Synap created a bespoke online testing program for my university medical school students and it was greatly appreciated. The students liked how easy it was to use, especially with the mobile app (though most accessed it via laptop). The interface was easy for me to use when uploading and correcting issues with poorly performing items.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about the Synap workspace. I should mention that my students didn't use the spaced reinforcement function because it wasn't part of our plans.

Switching from a static, unusable system to Synap's LMS platform has given us more freedom to incorporate the features we needed for our company.

There's nothing currently on my mind, Synap has always been open to new ideas and functions.

Pros

Ease of use is key! Many of my users weren't comfortable with online resources but the simplicity of the platform allowed my students to learn quickly and easily. The adaptability of the platform allows students to focus on the areas they need to improve and the spaced repetition algorithm highlights those areas perfectly.

Cons

I don't have any complaints! I couldn't recommend it more highly. Over 500 students passed their exams thanks to Synap's platform.
