This tool has been invaluable for securely delivering exams for me. The simple interface makes my exam creation and delivery simple and the adaptive learning technology tailors assessments to each candidate's progress. Its great security features give me confidence in exam integrity and the progress tracking provides clear insights into each technician's development.

Cons

While this platform is excellent for online learning and exam delivery, having more offline access options would be helpful for technicians like me who may not always have reliable internet, especially in remote areas.

Support team is the best part of this platform for me. There's an extensive library of documents and I can easily message them whenever I need help. My account manager even scheduled meetings during the setup to ensure everything went smoothly. I love the features, importing exams, rotating questions for unique tests and managing multiple courses all work easily. The interface is easy to navigate for both educators and learners.

Cons

There are a few features I'd like to see, such as the ability for learners to download videos directly from the platform, having surveys available in collections and making sorting/filtering a bit easier. The support team was creative in finding solutions to every request, so everything is working fine now!

Structure of the platform allows me to create multiple course variations quickly, saving time specially where library items are organized into collections. The integrations with Zapier and Segment streamline administrative tasks, providing in depth insights into platform usage. With new features being added, it has become the best learning platform I've used, both as an administrator and a student.

I store a significant amount of resources on the platform but navigating through these resources in the Library and Collection with the current Admin Interface can be challenging for my team.

Support team has always been incredibly helpful for my team and they deliver whenever we needed anything. Their service is amazing.

Occasionally, it takes time for my requests to be fulfilled, but this is only a slight annoyance. The quality of the fulfillment more than makes up for any delays.

The dual log ins were confusing for everyone in my team and the time difference between the UK and Indiana added to the complexity for me. Also, the AI was a bit too picky in its flagging, turning one's head to cough is not really cheating.

Any issues I've encountered are quickly addressed through the chatbox and problems are solved within 20 minutes. The platform is simple to set up, maintain and use. Support team listen to suggestions and implement them, making my experience even better.

I believe all our issues have been resolved and where relevant, our suggestions have been taken on board and turned into permanent features.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. From major changes to minor improvements, their service and platform are excellent and I highly recommend them. The partnership I have with Synap makes my job so much easier. I also love how customizable the platform is, I've been able to make significant personalizations to ensure it works the way I want.

Cons

The product is customizable which is great but sometimes it relies on code which can have occasional issues. However, the team is always quick to respond and resolve them. The platform doesn't do everything I want but it covers everything I need, so it's not a big deal.

What I liked most about Synap was not only how helpful the team was with setting everything up and migrating existing content but also the ease of use. The team listens to feedback and implements new features which is rare to see. It's made life so much easier for our students.

Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. The only downside is that I wish I had started using Synap earlier, it would have made things much easier!

“simple system, quick course creation

Pros

I find this platform extremely easy to learn. I felt confident creating courses in a short amount of time. Once content is added to the library, I can put together a new course in 10 minutes. I also love how responsive the development team is and how the system is constantly improving. As an admin, I like being able to switch to study mode to see what a learner experiences.

Cons

There's only one small issue we've face. We have clients in the NHS and one problem we face is delivering invitations to learners with NHS email addresses. It's mainly due to the size of the organization's servers. They can resolve it by whitelisting Synap's email address.

Pros

We used the program for online examinations and it was incredibly easy to use for me and my team. The platform's useful features, such as access to all needed resources, live chat for immediate assistance and clear instructions, made it ideal for our first online exams.

Cons

One suggestion (not really a problem) I want to highlight is that it would be helpful if each correct answer for each student in MCQ questions could be tracked individually. Everything else was easy to integrate with our current LMS systems.
