“Always offer responsive support”

Pros

Right from the migration process, the support team was friendly, responsive and clearly focused on helping. They sorted out the migration issues quickly, handled the redirection without any trouble and delivered very customer-oriented service throughout.

Cons

I have not run into any major problems at this point. The only small issue was a redirect adjustment that needed attention and it was resolved quickly.

Getting my course moved over to Systeme.io was a really positive experience. The migration process was smooth and efficient, the platform is easy to use and the features are powerful. On top of that the support team was excellent the whole way through. Managing and running my course has become much more hassle free because of it.

Cons

As per me the only downside was the wait time for the course migration to be completed, although considering it was offered as a free service, I can understand why demand was high.

The migration of my entire setup to Systeme.io was handled really well. The person who assisted me was kind, attentive and very professional throughout the process which made the transition much more reassuring.

Cons

The wait before the migration started felt a bit long and there are still a few parts of the platform that could be improved especially the overall fluidity and the client-side user experience.

Pros

Switching from Kajabi to save money was the whole reason I signed up and getting my site moved over properly mattered a lot to me. I really didn't want to rebuild everything on my own so I was very pleased that their team handled the migration for me.

Cons

The only downside was the timeline. It took longer than I first expected, although the process was very thorough. I assumed it would be done in about a week but because my website was fairly large, they estimated closer to a month.

Systeme.io's migration team was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time and money. They also kept communication clear and consistent the whole way through.

Cons

I am happy with everything overall, though I'd love to see international tax rates added soon. I can work around it for now but it would definitely be a valuable upgrade.

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how simple it is to keep track of my business results including leads, income, campaigns and newsletters. Creating newsletters is also not a problem which makes the platform even more useful for my day to day work.

Cons

Nothing major but I would still like having a proper instruction manual for some of the other sections. Getting the system set up can be a bit difficult when support isn't available.

Coming from other tools that promised to be just as user friendly and really weren't, this one has been simple to use right from the start.

I am still having a hard time putting together some funnels and email marketing campaigns, even after going through the instructional videos.

Since autumn 2024 we have been using systeme.io and in May we decided to move our website onto the platform too. Plus the support team handled the migration well and although there were a few minor hiccups along the way, they really went the extra mile to get everything sorted. They even took care of some tasks in his own time. Overall they made sure everything was working properly and followed up with us afterward as well.

At times the support team wasn't as quick to respond as we would have liked, although because we'd already been working with it, we had other ways to reach them when needed. At first, the website looked a bit strange but that was due to the migration taking up to 48 hours to complete. It would have helped if that part of the process had been explained more clearly from the beginning, as it would have eased our concerns much sooner.

Getting around the platform is very hassle free and editing things is simple without much of a learning curve. On top of that the support team is always attentive, helpful and quick to reply whenever any questions or issues come up.

There are still a few areas where editing websites and landing pages could be made a bit easier but overall it's a pretty small issue.

Everything is clean and easy to use. Tools like this usually come with a bit of a learning curve but I was able to understand how it all works without much trouble and the whole platform is very user friendly.

Honestly there hasn't been anything I have disliked. If I had to point out something minor, I'd say the branding could feel a little softer. The logo and color scheme seem a bit dated but it's only a small detail.

I honestly have not run into anything major to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the migration process could maybe be a bit faster, although I understand they're probably dealing with a very high number of requests.

Creating interactive courses has been one of the best parts for me. The format works really well and having the option to support multiple users is a big plus.

Cons

One thing I wish it handled better is the calendar. It would be much more useful if upcoming call reminders could be tied into an automated workflow. Since I'd have to set those reminders manually, I am not really using that feature.

Starting an online business felt overwhelming at first especially with limited time and not much technical know-how but Systeme.io has honestly changed that for me. The biggest plus is having everything in one place. I can build funnels, handle email marketing, run a digital store and host my website without bouncing between a bunch of different tools. It saves both money and effort which matters a lot when you're just getting started. The pricing is very affordable and the platform is much more beginner-friendly than I expected. I have tested other options before and it makes it much simpler to launch and grow at a steady pace.

Cons

A few of the funnel editing tools do feel a little awkward at times such as less drag and drop polished and more something you learn as you go. That said, with a bit of patience and a couple of YouTube walkthroughs, it's still definitely manageable.

Every interaction with the support team has been excellent. Their communication is clear, direct and always helpful to deal with. Anytime I have needed assistance someone has been available to answer my questions.

I have not personally spent a lot of time working inside the software yet. Since I am switching over from Kartra, I expect it will take a little while to get familiar with the new platform.

Over the past few months, I have been working with the support team while moving my large, complex website over to Systeme and he has been consistently helpful, kind, efficient and quick in every interaction. The quality of his work has been excellent. My migrated site looks beautiful and it's obvious how much care and commitment went into the process. The team has been a pleasure to work with and I truly hope Systeme recognizes and rewards them. It is not often you come across someone who is both such a strong collaborator and such a genuinely good person.

After building several websites with Wix without much trouble, its website builder felt far more limited in what it can do and at times it was also somewhat confusing and glitchy.

Systeme.io is a very complete platform that truly delivers on its promise of being an all-in-one solution. As creative entrepreneurs without much technical expertise, we really appreciate being able to build websites, send emails, create sales funnels and even sell digital products all in one place. That saves us time, money and plenty of headaches. The support team is very helpful and there are lots of tutorials that make it easier to understand how the features work. Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a complete solution, while also suggesting a bit of patience and support during the learning process. Once you get the hang of it, it's really very good.

At the beginning though it did feel a little overwhelming. Even though the platform is powerful, it's not always easy to use for those of us who aren't technical. Some setups like connecting a domain or configuring email automations can be a bit tricky without extra help. Thankfully the support team is very responsive and there are plenty of tutorials available to help make the features clearer.
