“Very beneficial tool”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages for me has been the technical support and the clean, uncluttered interface. It handles exactly what I need such as courses, funnels, email marketing and affiliate marketing without stuffing the platform with extra features I neither want nor have time to figure out. Before this, I used ClickFunnels and then HighLevel and both felt overloaded. It was harder to locate the tools I actually needed and there were too many add-ons like AI phone bots that pulled attention away from their original purpose of helping content creators.

Cons

My biggest frustration is the homepage for the online school. It doesn't really allow for any meaningful branding which is a major downside. On top of that the tabs are labeled Enrolled and Explore and that's not very helpful for a brand-new student who has no idea what they're supposed to do next. That part really needs to be improved.

“support is of next level”

Pros

Switching my existing website over to Systeme.io went really well especially considering the tight deadline I was working with. The customer service and migration team were excellent throughout the process. The support team was my main point of contact and she was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful every step of the way. Once things got underway, the entire migration felt very well handled. Huge thanks to the team for doing such an amazing job!

Cons

The only downside was having to wait a couple of weeks before the migration actually began, though I understand there was a long queue for migration requests.

“top-notch consultant support”

Pros

Throughout the whole process, the feedback from the support team member was incredibly helpful. I honestly feel like I was paired with one of the best consultants possible. If that level of support is the usual standard, then Systeme.io is outstanding.

Cons

One thing I am still unsure about is whether the migration process covers mobile compatibility. From what I can see, it doesn't seem to, although I could be wrong.

“Great support all around”

Pros

Right away the support team made a fantastic impression as they were quick to respond, knew exactly what they were talking about and were genuinely helpful throughout. Every question I asked was answered clearly and without delay and they consistently made sure I felt guided and supported from start to finish. That kind of committed customer service is hard to come by these days. Definitely recommended!

Cons

At this point, I really have not run into any meaningful downsides. Everything has been working well for what I need and the platform has honestly gone beyond what I expected. If that changes later, I'll come back and update my review but as of now, I am very satisfied.

“excellent support with helpful screenshots”

Pros

Getting started with funnels was new territory for me and setting up DNS was just adding to the confusion. Support from systeme.io has been excellent. They replied quickly and gave me enough detail to solve the issue without making it overwhelming. They even sent screenshots that showed exactly what needed to be updated. The email mentions replies within 24 hours but the three times I contacted them, I heard back in about 30 to 90 minutes.

Cons

Like any platform, it does come with a few challenges. While the customer support is excellent, the documentation could be clearer in some places. Part of the reason I ran into trouble was because the documentation used the term ALIAS instead of CNAME. To be fair, I share some of the responsibility since the text did also mention CNAME.

“Team that delivers”

Pros

Hands down, this has been the best support experience I have had. The replies are quick, clear and actually useful in real situations. Instead of just sending me from one help article to another, they explain things in a way that is human and easy to follow. Really appreciate it and I am happy to be working with them.

Cons

One possible limitation is that some more advanced HTML and CSS custom code options on certain elements may be missing, although that could be available in one of the higher plans.

“affordable funnel builder win”

Pros

Getting into online funnel building and affiliate marketing with Systeme.io has been a really positive experience. It is like a fantastic platform to learn on and the support team has been incredibly helpful whenever I have needed them. After spending years chasing one shiny tool after another, going all the way back to the early ClickFunnels days, this one has been a refreshing change. It is also very affordable which makes it even better. Big thanks to the support team.

Cons

The only downside for me is that, as an older guy trying to learn new tricks, there is definitely a bit of a learning curve. That said, it's still not nearly as difficult as some of the other platforms I have put money into.

“helpful migration support”

Pros

Moving my website over was somewhat complicated but the team handled it really well. Whenever I asked for a few adjustments afterward, those changes were completed within a couple of days.

Cons

Overall, the support was very good, although it did take a bit longer than I expected. Some of the replies were quite brief which sometimes left me unsure whether I had explained myself clearly. My biggest concern was having to share passwords with someone I don't know through such an open system especially since the contact address is just a general email. Because of that, I have no idea who in it might have access to my data and that is like a real concern.

Pros

Having everything a business needs in one platform makes it much simpler to get started. Rather than connecting a bunch of different tools, Systeme.io keeps it all together in one place.

Cons

The tutorials were not very helpful so learning the platform felt a bit overwhelming especially for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy.

“Great all in one newsletter management, funnels and course provider”

Pros

One of the things I love about this software is how easily I can set up multiple funnels to grow my mailing list. Sending newsletters and segmenting contacts through systeme.io is hassle free. It's great that I can host my course content on the same system, making it the best all in one solution.

Cons

I wish the community feature had a dedicated app. Having to log in via a web browser feels outdated, and for this reason, I've been hesitant to introduce the community to my customers. I'm exploring external community providers (e.g., Heartbeat, Skool), and if Systeme.io could address this, it would be the icing on the cake.

Systeme.io has all the necessary features a platform needs, including sales funnels, email campaigns, newsletters, course creation, payment methods, free courses, and prompt assistance. It continuously improves and evolves to meet our needs.

I have only positive things to say about it. It fulfills exactly what I was seeking.

The free plan has limitations. It would be great if they could increase the funnel to five and allow emails for up to 5,000 recipients.
