Everything about it is very easy to use. I can build funnels, send emails and manage contacts all in one place without having to juggle several different tools. It's especially friendly for beginners and getting started doesn't require any technical know-how.

Cons

The design flexibility is fairly basic so it can feel limiting if you want highly customized or more advanced-looking pages. A few features also aren't as in-depth as what you'd get from more specialized tools.

One limitation I have run into is the small number of payment gateways it supports. A few of the available options don't work in my country so that makes it harder to sell and manage my courses without issues.

Selling online courses with this platform has been simple and the email campaign tools do a good job of helping me track leads. A big plus is that it includes free features for up to 2,000 contacts which makes it very appealing.

One thing that holds it back is the lack of tutorials so learning how to use everything can take more effort than it should. I wanted a platform to both sell and host my courses but it didn't fully match everything I was expecting.

I like just about all the marketing tools the platform includes, whether in the free version or the business plan. As an affiliate, it used to be really useful to pick a product from the marketplace and build an acquisition strategy around it.

The biggest downside is that the marketplace was removed. Without it, affiliates can no longer check the available rates and commission percentages.

I have only recently started using Systeme.io and it already is special. The migration service has been exceptional too as it is of high quality, incredibly helpful and always available when needed. Huge thanks to Nesserine for being such a wonderful support throughout the process.

Since I am still at the beginning, I need a bit more time to explore everything the platform can do. At this stage, the only thing I'd really like is the ability to schedule my group live sessions with Zoom.

She was quick, professional and incredibly patient from start to finish. Her support turned what could have been a stressful move into a smooth transition. The customer service went far beyond what I expected. It continues to impress me with how simple it is to get things set up, even without being very technical. The features are thoughtfully designed and the value for the price is excellent compared with other platforms I have used. I'd absolutely recommend this tool to anyone who wants a dependable, user friendly and supportive platform for running an online business.

As per me the only downside was the wait time for the course migration to be completed, although considering it was offered as a free service, I can understand why demand was high.

The only downside was the timeline. It took longer than I first expected, although the process was very thorough. I assumed it would be done in about a week but because my website was fairly large, they estimated closer to a month.

Since autumn 2024 we have been using systeme.io and in May we decided to move our website onto the platform too. Plus the support team handled the migration well and although there were a few minor hiccups along the way, they really went the extra mile to get everything sorted. They even took care of some tasks in his own time. Overall they made sure everything was working properly and followed up with us afterward as well.

At times the support team wasn't as quick to respond as we would have liked, although because we'd already been working with it, we had other ways to reach them when needed. At first, the website looked a bit strange but that was due to the migration taking up to 48 hours to complete. It would have helped if that part of the process had been explained more clearly from the beginning, as it would have eased our concerns much sooner.

One of the biggest advantages for me has been the technical support and the clean, uncluttered interface. It handles exactly what I need such as courses, funnels, email marketing and affiliate marketing without stuffing the platform with extra features I neither want nor have time to figure out. Before this, I used ClickFunnels and then HighLevel and both felt overloaded. It was harder to locate the tools I actually needed and there were too many add-ons like AI phone bots that pulled attention away from their original purpose of helping content creators.

My biggest frustration is the homepage for the online school. It doesn't really allow for any meaningful branding which is a major downside. On top of that the tabs are labeled Enrolled and Explore and that's not very helpful for a brand-new student who has no idea what they're supposed to do next. That part really needs to be improved.

Getting started with funnels was new territory for me and setting up DNS was just adding to the confusion. Support from systeme.io has been excellent. They replied quickly and gave me enough detail to solve the issue without making it overwhelming. They even sent screenshots that showed exactly what needed to be updated. The email mentions replies within 24 hours but the three times I contacted them, I heard back in about 30 to 90 minutes.

Cons

Like any platform, it does come with a few challenges. While the customer support is excellent, the documentation could be clearer in some places. Part of the reason I ran into trouble was because the documentation used the term ALIAS instead of CNAME. To be fair, I share some of the responsibility since the text did also mention CNAME.

Hands down, this has been the best support experience I have had. The replies are quick, clear and actually useful in real situations. Instead of just sending me from one help article to another, they explain things in a way that is human and easy to follow. Really appreciate it and I am happy to be working with them.

One possible limitation is that some more advanced HTML and CSS custom code options on certain elements may be missing, although that could be available in one of the higher plans.

Overall, the support was very good, although it did take a bit longer than I expected. Some of the replies were quite brief which sometimes left me unsure whether I had explained myself clearly. My biggest concern was having to share passwords with someone I don't know through such an open system especially since the contact address is just a general email. Because of that, I have no idea who in it might have access to my data and that is like a real concern.

I wish the community feature had a dedicated app. Having to log in via a web browser feels outdated, and for this reason, I've been hesitant to introduce the community to my customers. I'm exploring external community providers (e.g., Heartbeat, Skool), and if Systeme.io could address this, it would be the icing on the cake.
