Everything about it is very easy to use. I can build funnels, send emails and manage contacts all in one place without having to juggle several different tools. It's especially friendly for beginners and getting started doesn't require any technical know-how.

Cons

The design flexibility is fairly basic so it can feel limiting if you want highly customized or more advanced-looking pages. A few features also aren't as in-depth as what you'd get from more specialized tools.

Pros

Systeme.io gives me everything I need in one place for marketing, building pages, creating websites and selling courses. It's very user friendly and the pricing is affordable which makes it a really good fit for beginners.

Cons

One limitation I have run into is the small number of payment gateways it supports. A few of the available options don't work in my country so that makes it harder to sell and manage my courses without issues.

Pros

Excellent value for the price and having everything in one platform keeps things much less complicated. It's beginner-friendly, the automation and funnel features are strong and the free plan makes it simple to get started without much risk.

Cons

The more advanced email analytics are limited social media management tools are fairly minimal and the design customization options feel a bit basic.

Pros

Selling online courses with this platform has been simple and the email campaign tools do a good job of helping me track leads. A big plus is that it includes free features for up to 2,000 contacts which makes it very appealing.

Cons

One thing that holds it back is the lack of tutorials so learning how to use everything can take more effort than it should. I wanted a platform to both sell and host my courses but it didn't fully match everything I was expecting.

I like just about all the marketing tools the platform includes, whether in the free version or the business plan. As an affiliate, it used to be really useful to pick a product from the marketplace and build an acquisition strategy around it.

Cons

The biggest downside is that the marketplace was removed. Without it, affiliates can no longer check the available rates and commission percentages.

An excellent product and honestly outstanding value for the money. In my opinion, it's the best all-in-one website platform currently available on the market.

Cons

A few additions would make it even better, such as live webinars for a more authentic presentation experience, direct message automations for Meta and TikTok and even a content planner calendar for scheduling uploads.

I have only recently started using Systeme.io and it already is special. The migration service has been exceptional too as it is of high quality, incredibly helpful and always available when needed. Huge thanks to Nesserine for being such a wonderful support throughout the process.

Cons

Since I am still at the beginning, I need a bit more time to explore everything the platform can do. At this stage, the only thing I'd really like is the ability to schedule my group live sessions with Zoom.

The best part for me is the value for money. Getting the migration included in the price is fantastic and makes the offer even more worthwhile.

Cons

I would have preferred migration support in a language other than English. Being able to communicate in Italian or French would have made the whole process much simpler.

The interface is very user friendly and the help pages are clear and simple to follow. On top of that customer support responds quickly and actually helps solve issues effectively.

The website pages can feel a bit inflexible at times and are not always easy to customize. There are certain changes I still cannot make especially when it comes to personalizing my web pages.

Honestly I don't really have any complaints. They've been incredibly supportive and I am confident that if I run into any issues, they'll help me sort them out quickly and efficiently.

The only downside was waiting around a week for the migration to be completed but that seems pretty normal given how many business owners are taking advantage of this free service.

At first the platform seemed polished and appealing so I was genuinely interested in using it. What I didn't realize was that it would turn into a trap, with most of my paid period gone while I waited for them to migrate my content so I could actually use the system properly.

They simply have not followed through on what they promised. I have been waiting 9 months for my content migration which means I still cannot properly use the platform and to make things worse, my refund request was denied.

Switching to Systeme.io has been an excellent experience. The platform is user friendly yet powerful, with everything I need gathered in one place, from hosting courses to handling email marketing and automations. Not having to piece together several different tools anymore has been a huge relief. I also want to mention the outstanding help I got from the migration team especially Rama. She was quick, professional and incredibly patient from start to finish. Her support turned what could have been a stressful move into a smooth transition. The customer service went far beyond what I expected. It continues to impress me with how simple it is to get things set up, even without being very technical. The features are thoughtfully designed and the value for the price is excellent compared with other platforms I have used. I'd absolutely recommend this tool to anyone who wants a dependable, user friendly and supportive platform for running an online business.

A few functional features are still missing, such as the ability to add a discount code to a digital store. It would also be helpful if it offered a paid service where someone from their team could set up more advanced funnels and automated email sequences.

The biggest problem is the lack of action and complete indifference from support. I have no idea who is managing customer service but it's obvious we do not share the same definition of the word priority.

Honestly Systeme.io has gone well beyond what I expected. It is secure, the pricing offers great value and the customer support has been excellent throughout. Setting up email management and automations is also easy and handling data has been reliable and hassle-free. Having everything in one all in one platform has made running my business much simpler since I am no longer switching between a bunch of different tools. The migration support I got was especially impressive so huge thanks to Amira for making the whole transition went well.

There is a slight learning curve at the beginning but with the tutorials and help from support, it doesn't take long to get comfortable using it.
