“Great way to manage courses
Pros
I like the ability to organize courses into sections and track task completion progress.
Cons
It would be convenient if the collapsible list feature remained saved after logging off. Having to collapse each list repeatedly is time-consuming.

“TalentLMS was one of my best purchases ever!
Pros
TalentLMS has been simple from the get go, and the free trial had everything to convince us that it is what we’re looking for. The highlight of the "pros" would be the active user plan, which lets a big organization like ours enroll a maximum number of users without paying extra per head. Only the extra users (if any) are charged.
Cons
It would be nice if text formatting was simpler and more adaptable, and adding audio files into training could be less tedious. We have a huge, diverse team of multilingual users and we would like to use Talentlms for language training if they add the support.

“Great Accessibility Features but Clunky Design Flow.
Pros
First of all, we continue to love the fact that the vendor allows you to try the software for free first so you can learn and experience its basic features before you make the decision subscribe. TalentLMS is quite user-friendly, making it instantly usable for any team setting, while offering knowledgeable advice and support at every turn. This lets us feel at ease whenever we want to introduce something new to our group, knowing full well the software will be able to deliver.
Cons
Working with a users course expiration date looming can occasionally be challenging and definitely needs some work. For instance, if I wanted to extend the expiration date for a user, I would naturally go to their designated ‘Users’ tab. Instead, here, you are required to access the course website, course content, and course users listing before being allowed to scratch it further. In some cases, Ive discovered, you cant extend a users deadline without also resetting their course progress! I still dont fully understand why that occurs, and this can become a royal pain. I also believe that the users navigation may benefit from some clarification. The ‘course tour’ feature should be automated.

“The best LMS software out there!
Pros
Ive been using TalentLMS since 2019. The program works without hiccups, is easy to use, and has all the features we require. A thorough user manual is available, and a helpful support team promptly answers specific questions from customers. In addition, they conduct frequent webinars providing practical advice, and users can learn offline thanks to a dedicated app.
Cons
I had to award points for passed courses to get around the fact that the software cant give a certificate automatically upon completing a course. Instead, an administrator is informed when the points reach a specified threshold, and they manually issue the certificate. Although not ideal, this workaround is manageable because of our minimal training volume.

“TalentLMS: a real game changer!
Pros
Its a game changer when it comes to training. It distinguishes itself by offering the ability to design virtual interaction settings that are appropriate for any training procedure. With each approval of the training phases, it offers the option of generating certificates. The training materials video quality is quite good.
Cons
The decision was made recently to raise the price and limit the features (e.g., branches). A recurring customers request to repeat a course required us to devise a workaround. A lot of firms will need this modification.

“An Attractive Ready to Use LMS Platform!
Pros
The user-friendly interface, design features, responsive support, and assessment creation capabilities make TalentLMS a great choice.
Cons
Improvements could be made to the virtual real-time training platform, and more integration options and plugins would enhance customization.

“A superb learning management system for small enterprises!
Pros
Course creation, course cloning, and course reuse are all relatively simple processes. Reporting is straightforward and efficient. We find the automation and alerting functions to be quite helpful, and there are many alternatives to meet our requirements. We dont need to look further because everything we need is in the Talent Library, which is also incredibly beneficial.
Cons
Sometimes looking for people, courses, or other things might be a little challenging because the search results are reset after you click on something or make a modification. Maybe theres a better way to do this. One thing is for sure. Whenever I bring up some complaints, the support team is sure to hear me out and work on them.

“The best LMS we ever experienced!
Pros
TalentLMS enables effective learning management by exposing its users to a large market for high-quality education at reasonable prices, in accordance with their needs, and without losing touch with those who need it. This is probably the biggest reason why we chose to work through this software.
Cons
It just so happens that the software is constantly looking to get better by improving and updating the interfaces and linkages. This can cause some lag in the learning experience. The customer service team is helpful and tries to answer users questions as quickly as they can.

“A user-friendly microlearning software.
Pros
A true, accessible training source for learners. It is a mobile device that offers microlearning content in the form of electronic flash cards. This learning tool is great for easy-to-understand content thanks to the many ways decks can be changed and the ability to add links, video, and audio.
Cons
Although Talent Cards is pretty adjustable software, there are few color possibilities and the font cannot be changed (style, size, etc.) It is challenging to stay consistent with design choices because the design is restricted to thirds and there is no way to combine portions.

“Simple but effective at training
Pros
it makes managing training and learning simple yet effective. I appreciate how I can take courses at my own pace, with the software conveniently remembering my progress and allowing easy reflection through quizzes.
Cons
I wish our courses could incorporate various content types like interactive puzzles, graphs, and "fill in the blank" questions.

“Effective platform for corporate training
Pros
This platform significantly enhances our organization's training processes, particularly in virtual settings. I am impressed by its ability to create interactive environments tailored to each training need, along with the excellent video quality and certificate generation feature.
Cons
While this platform offers comprehensive features, the frequent pop-up windows can sometimes be bothersome, and the user interface could use some enhancements.

“Positive review.
Pros
Talent LMS offers off-the-shelf features that met 95% of our requirements right from the start. We could start with a basic plan and upgrade as needed with our expanding customer base.
Cons
Recent price hikes and feature reductions, like removing branches, have caused inconvenience. We had to find workarounds, like when a repeat customer wanted to retake a course.

“The best LMS platform comes at a cost.
Pros

“Great platform for creating a basic course structure that fits your training needs
Pros
I find this product quite user-friendly, with a helpful knowledge base for troubleshooting. The variety of content types you can add to a course is impressive, making course creation highly versatile.
Cons
Managing a user's course expiration date can be cumbersome. The process for extending it isn't intuitive, and sometimes it resets the user's progress for the entire course. Also, navigation for users could be clearer, perhaps through an automated "course tour."
