“powerful and user-friendly platform
Pros
Getting our training program running was so easy and fast, even with users spread across different locations and time zones. Our team finds the platform simple to navigate and I have hardly gotten any complaints about how to use it. The customer support is also great as there is always someone available to help. The overall value is much better than other competitors we looked at.
Cons
It would be fantastic if we could more easily customize the platform's design. Right now it is frustrating that we cannot add a larger logo or use a wider range of our brands colors. Plus we urgently need access to more detailed data like monthly unique users, new enrollments and completion rates. The current reporting is so limited that some leaders are considering switching to a different platform and adding these key metrics seems like it should be a simple update.

“Very simple user interface
Pros
I think the user interface is very simple making it easy for anyone to understand, even if they are not familar with tech. Also it is user friendly and handles most of our needs perfectly. The onboarding process, from planning to launch was fantastic and the staff was amazing, we will really miss our implementation contact person as she was wonderful to work with.
Cons
The platform has a lot of features to learn. More hands-on practice in our own system would have made a big difference

“Powerhouse for course creation
Pros
With the drag and drop course builder, I can put together videos, quizzes and SCORM courses in just a few minutes. I have also set up automated learning paths with prerequisites to guide users exactly where they need to go.
Cons
I feel like reporting tools are not consistent with time-on-task metrics, so the engagement data they show is not always accurate.

Pros
We're really impressed with this platform. It's not only technically strong but also has a support team that's truly proactive. It's the easiest tool we've used to manage different localized courses across the company and the dashboard is really simple.
Cons
A company's true value shows in how it handles problems and it is excellent at responding to issues when they come up.

Pros
The user-friendly interface makes navigating and accessing courses simple. You can customize features for flexible training programs and there is a wide range of tools to track how learners are progressing. The support team is also very responsive and fixes all our issues quickly.
Cons
Getting everything set up initially can take some time for admins. Plus I feel like the reporting features could also be more advanced and customizable.

Pros
TalentLMS pricing is great and the AI features in TalentCraft are a big plus! The customer service is exceptional too as they went above and beyond to help us set up our first branch homepage and his support was invaluable.
Cons
We'd love to see a few improvements to make the platform work better for us. More freedom to brand our portals and build out our homepage would help and resolving the issues with the dual interface would stop the broken links and user confusion we're seeing.

Pros
I find the platform easy to use and the tech support is unmatched. It is affordable too and can be customized to fit all of our members training needs.
Cons
Right now, we can't customize embedded videos in TalentCraft modules like adding subtitles the same way we can in video-only modules. It would be a huge help if we could get some basic video editing tools and the ability to add multiple subtitle files for different languages all at once.

“Impressive help desk & AI feature
Pros
My recent help desk experiences have been great as they respond quickly and stick with you until the problem is solved. The new AI course creation feature is pretty impressive too though it still needs a little work, it's already helping us improve our courses.
Cons
The e-commerce function does not let an external client place a single order for multiple people or courses which forces us to handle manual sign-ups.

Pros
We use it for online employee training to boost performance and it is easy to track everyones progress. We also sometimes conduct online interviews for applicants which saves us both time and money.
Cons
There is not much to dislike about it as it is reliable, easy to use and secure. The only limitation is that it has fewer advanced online training features.

The new interface is easy to use but I've noticed that ease really seems tailored to the learners, not so much for us on the backend.
Cons
Managing other user roles can be tricky because we have to search for things and constantly switch between different roles to get things done.

TalentLMS lets us build structured onboarding programs for new sales reps. We can create courses on sales techniques, handling objections, negotiation, prospecting and closing deals. Plus it supports videos, presentations and quizzes and the mobile app lets our sales team access training from any device.

Even though our team had zero experience with any learning management system, TalentLMS was so simple that we were able to take control and manage everything with confidence.
Cons
It lacked more advanced options like multiple white-labeled portals, seems behind competitors in AI development and did not allow us to set up groups for personalized management.

Well the ability to create customizable pages is fantastic and the multi-lingual function is incredibly helpful for delivering our training across different countries in Africa.
Cons

I'm finding the branches feature really useful for setting up separate training environments. The course design options are also great, particularly the new AI tools in TalentCraft
Cons
I noticed that the new interface has quite a few bugs and it's taking a long time for the support team to resolve them. The mobile app is also outdated and really needs an upgrade.

Setting up a course and test is so simple and I must say having the answers shuffle automatically is a great feature.
Cons

“Incredibly easy to use!!
Pros
TalentLMS is incredibly easy to use. I use it with Articulate 360 and the ability to add SCORM files and then build additional lessons around them is awesome. My previous LMS did not have this as it was either just the SCORM course or their own limited authoring tool. But this blends both perfectly.
Cons
I do not have much to complain about but it is frustrating that key features like AI assistance and automation are locked behind the most expensive pricing tier.

Pros
It is very easy to use, add courses and assign groups and users. Also there is also a lot of room for customization.
Cons
A major drawback is the inability to schedule user emails which means the system can send out notifications at inconvenient times like bothering employees on a Sunday.
