Pros
Getting our training program running was so easy and fast, even with users spread across different locations and time zones. Our team finds the platform simple to navigate and I have hardly gotten any complaints about how to use it. The customer support is also great as there is always someone available to help. The overall value is much better than other competitors we looked at.
Cons
It would be fantastic if we could more easily customize the platform's design. Right now it is frustrating that we cannot add a larger logo or use a wider range of our brands colors. Plus we urgently need access to more detailed data like monthly unique users, new enrollments and completion rates. The current reporting is so limited that some leaders are considering switching to a different platform and adding these key metrics seems like it should be a simple update.

I think the user interface is very simple making it easy for anyone to understand, even if they are not familar with tech. Also it is user friendly and handles most of our needs perfectly. The onboarding process, from planning to launch was fantastic and the staff was amazing, we will really miss our implementation contact person as she was wonderful to work with.
Cons
The platform has a lot of features to learn. More hands-on practice in our own system would have made a big difference

TalentLMS pricing is great and the AI features in TalentCraft are a big plus! The customer service is exceptional too as they went above and beyond to help us set up our first branch homepage and his support was invaluable.
Cons
We'd love to see a few improvements to make the platform work better for us. More freedom to brand our portals and build out our homepage would help and resolving the issues with the dual interface would stop the broken links and user confusion we're seeing.

Cons

TalentLMS is incredibly easy to use. I use it with Articulate 360 and the ability to add SCORM files and then build additional lessons around them is awesome. My previous LMS did not have this as it was either just the SCORM course or their own limited authoring tool. But this blends both perfectly.
Cons
I do not have much to complain about but it is frustrating that key features like AI assistance and automation are locked behind the most expensive pricing tier.

Honestly, we're really happy with how easy the platform is to use and customize for our brand. And the reporting feature has been working perfectly for us it handles everything we need without any fuss.
Cons
The platform works well for the most part though we do run into occasional glitches. You know the best thing about TalentLMS is that it's just so easy for everyone. The admins, the instructors, even the learners, no one gets stuck trying to figure it out. I also love that they're constantly adding fresh courses to their library. It really helps keep the content feeling updated and engaging for our team.
Cons
The available courses feel pretty basic. Since I work for a tech company that uses AI, it would be great to have more advanced AI courses for non-technical roles, not just the introductory one. The reporting function could also be more detailed as for now it is not bad but it has room for improvement.

When it comes to setting up and implementing the platform, you are pretty much left to your own devices. Support tickets are an option, but live calls are not on the table. Over the year using TalentLMS, the team at Epignosis has been fantastic. Even without a dedicated customer success manager, their general support team has been exceptional in resolving our queries. We initially chose TalentLMS for its affordability and multi-tenant capability and have not looked back since.
Cons
The branches feature functions adequately, but adding users manually to branches is a hassle. Switching between branches is alright but not seamless. What really bothers us is that each branch requires its own SSO configuration and login portal. It would be fantastic to have a unified login screen using SSO credentials to direct learners automatically to their respective branches based on their email addresses. Although we can work around this with Zapier, relying on an integration engine to link TalentLMS back to itself feels absurd.

Setting up and using TalentLMS is a breeze, even for non-HTML/CSS experts like me. Managing courses and tracking learner progress align perfectly with our business processes. Their support team is outstanding, and being involved in beta testing is a breeze. Plus, all developments on TalentLMS are covered in the annual license fee.
Cons
As someone not well-versed in HTML/CSS, it is challenging to determine if views can be modified even after some research. However, the GUI suits our learners, and most prefer to stick with the current look and feel, gradually transitioning to the Beta version.
