I'm impressed by how much I can customize courses and the overall layout. Being able to use my own stylesheets and JavaScript means I get exactly what I need. The platform is flexible and connects smoothly with our company websites. It integrates effortlessly with our existing tools and products, making it perfect for helping customers get started and learn about what we offer.
Cons
The SSL certificate feature is locked behind the plus plan, which is frustrating since SSL is basically essential nowadays. It feels like something that should come standard across all tiers rather than being an upcharge.

Pros
I can manage both our virtual courses and in-person training registrations all in one spot which makes everything so much smoother. It stores all our training materials and gives me complete control over who can access what content. The ability to set up dedicated client areas with customized content has been a real game-changer for our business.
Cons
Finding it hard to point out any real flaws with this platform. The interface works smoothly and their sales plus support teams are top-notch.

Pros
Setting up courses is simple and doesn't require much technical knowledge. The integration capabilities with tools like Zoom and Zapier work really well for our workflow.
Cons
The interface feels pretty outdated and not very appealing visually. I'm hoping they'll update it to something more modern and sleek since the current design looks quite flat and dated.

I find it really user-friendly for both learners and instructors/administrators. Sure, there are a few quirky things here and there but overall everything works the way you'd expect it to. We don't need to spend time training people on how to use it. plus it's much more reasonably priced than other vendors while offering a greater feature set in many areas.
Cons
The events and automation features have some restrictions that could be better. Email notifications don't give you many options for merge fields and the styling is stuck on plain text only with no formatting. For automations, I really wish there was a way to trigger actions when someone gets assigned to a course, not just when they complete it. Like being able to automatically assign a follow-up course right when someone starts course X. These aren't deal-breakers but this area definitely needs the most work.

I'm impressed with the comprehensive feature set and how responsive everything feels during daily use. The customer service has been excellent whenever I've needed help. For our non-profit budget, the pricing is perfect as we couldn't justify spending more elsewhere but this gives us everything we need and more.
Cons
Knowledge base search functionality could be better. While the database itself is detailed, finding specific information can be frustrating. I often end up contacting customer support instead, which always gets me the right answer quickly but there's usually a day delay that slows down my workflow. Better search capabilities would really simplify things.

In my experience, its very easy to handle. My students pick it up quickly when they're going through their online courses. They actually enjoy the learning process and love being able to go back and rewatch recorded lessons whenever they need to.
Cons
Admin interface isn't very user-friendly like when you add a course to a group, it doesnt automatically assign it to the users in that group.

Not complicated to move about. Setting up our e-learning management system was simple compared to other platforms we tested. As an award-winning educational institution, we needed something reliable and this delivered exactly what we were looking for.
Cons
Needs some effort to get used to it. You really have to dig into everything to make it work for your specific setup. For our French tutoring business, the virtual classroom features just aren't quite there yet so we're probably going to switch to GoToMeeting for that part. Don't get me wrong though, the training and support from TalentLMS has been solid. They get back to you fast when issues come up, which honestly saved us a lot of headaches.

The developers really thought ahead when designing this. They anticipated problems before they happened. The knowledge base is helpful and when I need support, they get back to me fast with solutions that actually work.
Cons

The best part is how quickly you can dive in and start building courses right after signing up. Everything's already set up so there's no waiting around and you can be productive immediately.
Cons
The editor gets a bit temperamental at times, though since everything runs on HTML/CSS, tweaking the styling and layout isn't too difficult.
