“Highly effective with great value”
Pros
It's a highly effective eLearning tool for our organisation. I find it provides great value for money, is simple to use and allows customizeing courses to our specific needs, especially crucial Health and Safety training.
Cons
I appreciate the ability to create custom certificates with our company logo but the platform would benefit from an online tutorial or user guide for administrators and course creators to understand all the new features like Roles, Departments and Locations.

Pros
This tool delivered on every level for me, offering continuous support whenever needed. Our contact was exceptional and we were able to integrate many of our own dated systems.
Cons
No complaints at all here, this software was very informative and the trial gave me a great understanding of the system.

“Efficient training for new staff”
Pros
For my purporses, I use the platform to train and induct seasonal staff each year. It allows me to introduce our brand, explain protocols and ensure everyone completes health and safety training. I can create bespoke modules with engaging visuals and bulk uploading new starts with unique profiles makes assigning courses easy. The reports help me monitor engagement and soon line managers will have control to add their own content which makes it even more customized.
Cons
I'd love to do more bulk uploads like archiving staff at the end of the season. The system is simple so even if I forget something I can work it out quickly and the Tayl team is fantastic at supporting large scale changes.

Pros
It is easy for me to use, cost effective compared to other providers and gives me flexibility along with content ownership.
Cons
What I wish for the most is that TAYL existed 10 years ago! Time is so limited, yet training is crucial and I really appreciate how it allows flexible learning while helping department managers stay on top of mandatory courses.

Pros
It's very easy for me to navigate, easy and I received accreditation immediately without any issues.
Cons
No cons for me, as long as I have an internet connection, this tool is simple and works perfectly.
