“good CSV uploads but limited customization led me to switch

Pros

Our team used this platform as our main LMS during Covid. The CSV learner upload made the transition to remote learning smooth, though I think customization and accessibility could still improve.

Cons

The lack of customization and account limits constrained our team which eventually led me and my partners to switch to Articulate 360 and Searchie.

It was fantastic to start with a free account while creating my course content which made the process stress free.

I switched to a platform with both CMS and LMS but I quickly realized it was a mistake for my needs.

I think students find it very easy to use and there's no cost on their side which makes participation effortless.

In the past, accessing courses was difficult for me, though it seems that issue has been fixed now.

Pros

The interface is user friendly and the course creation process is simple for me. I can organize content, add videos and quizzes and even customize branding which is perfect for someone without technical experience. Marketing features like coupons and affiliate programs also help me promote courses effectively.

Cons

This tool feels expensive, especially for large student bases or multiple courses. While I can use the free plan, upgrading is necessary for graded quizzes, custom domains and detailed analytics and I can't fully customize my course website without a developer.

Its simple design is great for both admins and students and I really like that I can personalize the branding to match my own style.

Cons

I find the pricing too high for new course creators like me. I also wish there were more design options for landing pages and more payment gateway integrations for LATAM users.
