It's great to see schedules easily by day, teacher and even location. The billing feature is simple and efficient which I really value.

I wish it was a bit more flexible when it comes to makeup lessons and how they're scheduled. It would also be great if I could send emails to parents that they can respond to directly. Even better would be if teachers could get paid directly through the platform without needing another part of the package.

The software lets me manage every aspect of my business on a single web based platform. I also like that students and teachers can communicate outside lessons which improves interaction and adds real value.

For me, the software takes a bit of getting used to. Some features are simple but others aren't immediately obvious.

Like any young software product, this tool isn't perfect. There are a few kinks, like delayed responses and some multi step functions that could be simplified to make the interface more user friendly.

I love that it's specifically designed for music schools, covering scheduling, automatic payments, learning platforms, communication and payroll. The customer service and training team make me feel part of a real community.

The thing I noticed that software can be a little slow during peak hours and there's a learning curve when I first start. But honestly, that's the case with any complex system.

This tool has completely changed how we operate at our studio. I can do video lessons, track student progress, pay teachers and bill students easily. Students can cancel lessons through the platform and teachers can create makeup videos for them, no more rescheduling issues. It's fantastic.

Cons

I love that it comes with a fantastic student app for both iOS and Android. I just wish there was a teacher or admin app, so I wouldn't have to log in on my phone's browser every time I want to check the schedule.

The software customization, customer service and the staff are unparalleled. I love how they listen to suggestions and continually make improvements.

Cons

In the early days, for me some functions had unnecessary components but the team addressed all of them. They keep improving and updating the platform, so I think it keeps getting better.
