“Excellent Platform with Exceptional Staff

Pros

We opted for Teachfloor as the hosting platform for four separate weekend conferences, each with over 100 attendees from diverse backgrounds and varying technological experience. Teachfloor impressed us with its simplicity and user experience. As the event organizer, I spent less time answering questions about platform usage because it was intuitive and easy to understand for attendees. Moreover, Filippo from Teachfloor was incredibly supportive and patient, promptly addressing every question I had, no matter how panicked or trivial. It was truly an exceptional experience, and I couldn't have asked for better support.

Cons

In my opinion, the program is excellent, but I have a suggestion to improve it further. It would be great if they could add more customizable options in the future, such as allowing attendees to personalize their email preferences or hiding unused features from them. Other than that, it has everything we need.
