What stands out to me is how the interface and features cover almost every routine operation of an institute. Student management, attendance and fees modules work exceptionally well while the library and conveyance management modules feel complete. I also appreciate the strong security, role-based access, simple visibility for different users and the unique ID card feature that supports inventory and distribution quality.

Cons

The biggest downside is needing internet for everything so sync only happens when you're connected. I noticed attendance updates take about 20-30 minutes after scanning on the hardware which is pretty slow. Also I really wish there was an offline mode available and the Android app could use admin controls to manage other users remotely.

In my preschool communication with parents has become very easy through notes, photos and videos. Using the curriculum and lesson plans to track the entire school diary helps a lot and parents get immediate feedback about their child's day through this smart communication bridge.

Although our academy follows a different professional approach compared to regular schools the app team customized the system to fit our BIM courses and specific requirements which saved a lot of time for students during online teaching periods.

The only downside is when we need custom features for our company. the app team handles these separately which adds a bit of extra time to the process. It's really quite minor though.
