“simple paperless school system

Pros

The interface feels very simple to me and by using its features fully, our institute can move toward being completely paperless. Customer support has been outstanding and I feel fully satisfied with the help provided.

Cons

I would like them to include a document management module but I'm sure they will add it soon since I've seen them rolling out new modules regularly.

Pros

Honestly having all daily operational tools organized in a single-window layout makes work much easier for me. Managing multiple modules without switching logins or screens saves time and the clean interface feels comfortable for everyday use. No special training was required and whenever help is needed, support walks us through everything clearly based on our requirements.

I do need an internet connection for it to function which can be a drawback. Occasionally we face network problems that disrupt our workflow and slow things down. Also many reports are exported to Excel and after editing or using them I have to delete all those Excel files to keep the data secure which adds an extra cleanup step to our routine.

Pros

From what I've experienced MyClass Campus includes every module our staff, students and parents could need. Student, parent, fee and attendance management are all well covered, reports are easy to understand and decision-making feels faster. I appreciated the responsive support during installation, regular follow-ups, monthly updates and the flexibility to discuss customizations directly with the technical team.

Cons

For me the main downside is that the ERP runs in the cloud so we sometimes notice sluggishness when the network is slow. I really hope they release an offline version as well.
