What I appreciate most about MyClassCampus is their customer support, their team consistently listens and helps resolve issues. Besides that, the platform's holistic focus on school operations and learning really stands out to me. I haven't come across a feature I needed that wasn't available. It's been effective at cutting down paper usage. It transformed how we used to run things at school, taking over many manual chores such as generating results, tracking attendance, assigning tasks and organizing daily plans. It handled everything from score compilation and report generation to attendance logs, lesson scheduling and task delegation which used to take us a lot of time.

Cons

There's not much I actually dislike about the system though a few areas could use polish. The platform evolves constantly and that fast pace can be confusing. The development team frequently rolls out new features and tweaks but these updates aren't communicated clearly. While the dashboard lists what's changed, most people rarely open it and stick to the main app. Since the app's primary users are teachers and parents, I feel support for parents in particular needs strengthening.

From my experience almost every feature in My Class Campus adds real value. It supports admissions, fee collection, procurement and reporting and the management dashboard is especially useful for administrators. Throughout the school day, parents can stay informed about even the smallest updates.

What I really enjoy are the app-based features which include everything needed to support learners from play school to higher education. Customer support feels very accessible, as I can reach them almost anytime, even on WhatsApp and communication between teachers, students and parents is handled very smoothly.

We opted not to purchase the financial module because it wasn't part of the basic plan. It would be great if they added some simple payroll features in the base package so we could generate payslips directly from the software.
