I have been a client of Thinking Cap for 15 years. During the initial years of using their LMS, we faced some issues which were due to the product going through a growth phase. This hasnt been a recent problem.

The speed of tasks such as uploading files, making changes, or loading pages can affect the process. Occasionally, support tickets may take a while to move through the system for correction.

Adding more features and creating user guides, specifically in the form of videos, could enhance the user-friendliness of the platform.

Thinking Cap has consistently provided support, assistance, and has shown willingness to listen and help find solutions.

Learning management systems may be difficult to use for new users. However, Thinking Cap offers training and support to address any questions that arise.

The User Management console is user-friendly and allows for easy switching between Admin and User modes.

Cons

Uploading the course was difficult, and the feedback on the upload was not precise.
