This platform makes it easy to create or import content and deliver it to an unlimited number of users. Thanks to its features like user synchronization, data exports and Web Services API, the LMS integrates seamlessly with other systems.
Cons
There are many features and user guides available, but including more videos would improve its user-friendliness.

As a long-term user of the system, I know it inside and out. ThinkingCap is a robust system packed with features. The initial training was thorough and detailed. I also like how ThinkingCap brings customers together for two days to collaborate on the system's future and incorporate our ideas into their roadmap.
Cons
Speed can occasionally be an issue, whether it's uploading a file, making changes or loading a page. Support tickets can also sometimes move slowly through the system for resolution.
