Pros

What really stands out isn't just the software itself, it's the incredible team behind it. They're super responsive when I request features and always help me customize things for my specific needs. I originally got this to create and securely share internal guides during our company's software transition and it's been perfect for building my knowledge bases. I've probably only tapped into half of what's available but the value has been amazing so far. The support team has never once asked me to adjust my requirements to fit their platform, instead they've adapted the tool to work with what I need. Even though my use case isn't client education, it's flexible enough that I can use it internally for employee knowledge sharing and secure SOP distribution. So far I've only worked with guides but I'm excited to dive into the video features next.

Cons

I honestly can't pinpoint any major dislikes. The team jumps on issues fast and either updates features or adjusts my settings when I hit roadblocks. It does exactly what I need it to do.

Because of how effective it is and the excellent support, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid onboarding solution.

The content creation process is very simple and having AI voice options means I can produce training materials from virtually anywhere. Assigning videos to learners is easy and they can access everything without any complications. What really stands out is the support team. They've made our transition smooth and have gone the extra mile to ensure we're fully operational.

The only real issue I've run into is that there's no way to track version history.

For me, the dashboard interface has been really impressive so far. We'd been juggling multiple platforms for customer onboarding, partner training and help guides, but this tool brings everything together. Being able to set up customer onboarding, partner training and a video help center all within the same system is so helpful. Their recent Zing launch makes editing and sharing tutorial videos convenient.

Currently, I dont see any major issues with it though customer support may be a bit better.

All the video tutorials are attention grabbing and the personalized training approach works well for our team. I appreciate the multi-language support since we work with diverse clients. It makes customer education much simpler and the onboarding process flows smoothly.

Interface doesn't offer much flexibility for customization and I really wish there were more integrations available with outside tools.

The text-to-speech feature is a game changer for me. Before this, I had to hire voiceover artists from platforms like Fiverr which meant waiting 4-5 days minimum just for basic narration. Every script change would add another 2-3 days of delays and it was frustrating. Now I can rewrite the voiceover as many times as needed, pick the gender, style and accent I want, and get instant results for my videos.

Cons

The editor gets glitchy sometimes. For example highlighted elements shift around, videos randomly pause or speed up and voiceover settings reset themselves. Having to fix these issues and occasionally re-record footage really slows things down.

Not complicated at all to get started with! The automatic snippets during solution walkthroughs are amazing. Having voiceovers in multiple languages really helps us connect with our international customers.

I feel like the app walkthrough really needs to include all the existing features that are already available in the main platform. It feels incomplete without them.

A bit tricky when you start out. I had to figure out all the details myself as the mentor and honestly the dashboard and user interface could be more userfriendly.

Its quite easy to use and I appreciate being able to use the plugin for recording videos rather than having to go through the website every time.

The video tutorial capabilities are absolutely amazing and nothing else we've tried comes close. Our product team actually looks forward to creating videos now instead of dreading it. The professional polish it adds is exactly what we needed and the way it integrates subtitles makes everything look polished and effortless.
