At the moment there still isn't a way to add HTML5 content directly into a course on the platform. That said they are actively working on a solution for it.

Pros

Getting started with the platform was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. One thing I really appreciate is that it keeps all of our source files and published files saved in one place. The in-application support has also been a big plus and has gone over really well with our leaders.

Cons

There isn't much room for customization which can be limiting at times. On the other hand, that standardization does make it more easy and consistent for end users.

Pros

Having single source publishing in one place makes content creation really convenient and capturing and editing is very easy. It also offers a broad selection of output formats including work instructions, quick reference guides and test scripts. On top of that the simulations perform reliably across most browsers.

Capturing screens is simple and it's helpful to be able to edit the comments afterward.

At the same time the capture and editing process can take quite a bit of time.

Setting up simulations for e learning courses is easy and it does a good job automating the process based on the requirements. It's especially useful for SAP focused user training and staff onboarding.

Sometimes it misses certain clicks and doesn't capture some actions correctly.

Using this tool to build learning material for the SAP CLM module has been really easy and the whole process feels very user friendly.

The UI could use some refinement but aside from that everything worked perfectly and I didn't run into any issues.

One of the most useful parts is its built in templates that can be used as scenes. They make it much easier to storyboard web based training and shape the course outline around the available formats. Because of that creating content feels more organized and structured.

Cons

On the downside syncing visual timelines with audio is a little complicated right now. That part could definitely be made more smooth and user friendly.

Within a short amount of time it takes you through entire business scenarios step by step which makes the overall process very clear and well structured.

I didn't come across anything negative or any real drawbacks while using the tool.

Building SAP simulations with this platform works well and the server is useful for keeping all deliverables stored in one place.

Cons

A limitation is that it doesn't let you open multiple pages or content items at the same time. If an author wants to copy a single content step from another BPP, the system doesn't support doing that that way.
