“solid solution for growing businesses

Pros

For me the interface feels really simple. There's tons of flexibility with customizations especially around controlling user access. Even though we havent rolled out our academy yet, building it has been incredibly smooth. The builder comes packed with great tools for creating interactive learning experiences and they actually have there own academy that helps you learn how to use the platform effectively.

Cons

I'd really like to see more customization options available. While I appreciate having access to individual elements for my courses, I wish I had better control over how they look. The content creation backend was pretty confusing when I first started using it, could definitely be more user-friendly

“Excellent tool for employee training modules

Pros

The UI is really simple and I can navigate through the modules without any confusion. Everything flows logically and makes sense as you work through each section.

Cons

Practice sessions feel pretty static and could use more hands-on elements to keep me engaged.

Pros

The interface feels really simple, getting new admins up and running happens quickly and they can start building eLearning content right away. Support has been fantastic through our account team, chat and their documentation is solid. What I appreciate most is how they're always innovating and actually listen to user feedback. There's a constant stream of new features that genuinely make the platform more enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The reporting feature isn't as simple as I'd like, you can find what your looking for but setting up reports takes more time than it should. Also, if you need powerful content creation or video editing capabilities, this won't cut it.

I really appreciate how this platform lets me organize content so everything's easy to locate. There's this feature where I can view all the libraries containing a specific resource right from the admin console, super handy for keeping things structured. Perfect for anyone who values organization above all else. The support team is also fantastic at getting back to you quickly and resolving any technical problems that come up.

Cons

I find it annoying that there's no way to keep the sidebar pinned open in the admin area, it keeps closing whenever I click on different resources.

The guide and testing features really stand out to me. Getting each team member up and running is incredibly simple with these tools.

Cons

I'm struggling to find anything negative to say about this platform. It's been such a valuable addition to our organization that I genuinely can't think of any downsides.

Pros

There are tons of options available when creating training sessions, whether you're working with just a handful of people or hundreds of users. The variety really helps keep everyone engaged since there are so many different ways to test their knowledge.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that there might be room for minor enhancements down the road but honestly I cant find anything to complain about at the moment.

Pros

Creating events is super simple and managing attendee lists feels effortless. Setting up event series saves me tons of time too. I primarily use this for our internal company workshop sign-ups and it works perfectly for that purpose!

Cons

The Zoom integration can be a bit finicky at times but it still gets the job done for what I need.

The course builder in Workramp was impressive right from the start and incredibly easy to navigate.

Cons

The fact that WR has separate learning portals for different types of learners creates confusion for our users. It becomes challenging for them to determine the appropriate portal to access courses, and we struggle to generate aggregated reports across all learner types. Instead, we have to pull reports individually for each portal and manually combine the results.

Pros

The ease of use when it comes to assigning courses is truly remarkable. Also incorporating SCORM files from Open Sesame and creating tests is pretty easy now.

Cons

In my experience, I sometimes find the software oversimplified, particularly when it comes to creating reports. It would be preferable to have an account manager or contact person to guide us on maximizing the product for our company. Unfortunately, we are limited to submitting queries through the chat function.

The clean UI layout makes everything clear and organized. The software offers extensive customization and white-labeling options. It also integrates smoothly with our SSO tool, Okta. The search bar feature is particularly useful for finding old, new, or archived trainings.

Cons
