“Helpful Training
Pros
Interface is incredibly simple as a training administrator I can build modules quickly and efficiently, even when we're working under tight deadlines. We've been using this for over a year now, running monthly training sessions that last 3 weeks each time and everything runs smoothly. Making edits to existing content is simple and the automated grading system for tests saves me tons of time. Both myself and our trainees picked up navigation pretty easily without much of a learning curve. Being able to revisit modules multiple times is really helpful for reinforcement and the whole implementation process with our team was surprisingly simple.
Cons
The interface could use more visual appeal, it's quite plain looking. Adding some color and design flair would make it more engaging.

Pros
All the capabilities are impressive and I really appreciate the excellent customer support. It's feasible for our needs and makes uploading different media types simple. The rewards system and badges are nice touches that keep users engaged.

“Solid training platform
Pros
The quiz feature while reading is really helpful and I find the content easy to digest. Navigation couldn't be simpler, everything feels simple and well-organized.
Cons
I'm not sure if this is something I can adjust in the settings but I find it frustrating that I cant see the test results until everything is completely finished.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how easy it is to jump in and start creating content right away. The dynamic assignment rules make onboarding new hires incredibly smooth and Honestly their customer support responds so fast it's almost shocking. The reporting features are what really stand out though, they're simple enough that I can design reports quickly but powerful enough to handle any training completion questions from managers all the way up to executives.
Cons
The Academy feature is still developing and doesn't quite match the functionality of the internal LMS yet. While they're making progress, it's still behind other external LMS platforms like Skilljar when it comes to having all the same capabilities.

“flexible training platform that cuts ramp time
Pros
Flexibility here is incredible I can build training content that actually fits what each team needs instead of forcing everyone into the same mold. Creating structured learning paths has made our product training so much more organized and honestly the interface is simple enough that both trainers and learners picked it up without much hassle. What really stands out is how well it tracks engagement and knowledge retention which helps us see if people are actually absorbing the material. It's definitely cut down our ramp time for new hires and as we've grown, the platform has scaled right along with us. Oh and the implementation was surprisingly painless, no headaches there!

“Excellent for employee development
Pros
I was searching for something simple and simple to build internal training and this platform delivered exactly that. The setup process was simple and the support team was fantastic, our Implementation Manager went above and beyond to help us get everything running smoothly. What really impressed me is how focused they are on product development and actually listening to customer feedback. Even in the short time we've been using it, I've seen some significant improvements and new features rolled out.
Cons
Wish they had more templates for internal training and better instructional design support. Also missing integrations with external training vendors which would be really helpful.

Pros
The training and onboarding process has become much smoother with this platform. I really appreciate the dashboard on the home page, it gives me a clear view of my training progress at a glance. The library section is handy for accessing company policies and I like being able to check my rankings on the leaderboard.
Cons
I can't really complain about anything major though a dark mode for the web interface would be a nice touch.

Pros
Setting this up was simple and creating content to share with my team happens quickly. I rely on it regularly for building training materials. Their customer support team has been excellent whenever I've needed help.
Cons
The feedback options are pretty limited, there's no way for learners to rate courses or share their thoughts. I really wish there was a Q&A section where we could have discussions and it would be nice to add emojis or gifs to express reactions better.

I've used this as our LMS at two different companies and found it really simple for creating content whether it's for internal team training or external client programs. The collaboration features work well when you have instructional designers working together. The My Teams reporting is something I really value since it helps managers track their team's training progress and accountability. Plus their customer service has been consistently excellent, every interaction with the team has been positive.
Cons
The customization options for designing learning content could be better though I've noticed they keep improving this area with each update.

Building courses feels simple which made getting our team onboard pretty smooth. The knowledge check features work well for what we need and whenever I've run into technical hiccups, support has been quick to respond and help out.
Cons
Scaling up with a growing team has been tough especially when it comes to generating useful reports and insights. There are also functionality changes that happen without warning which frustrates our end users. I've brought this up several times but haven't gotten any real solutions plus whenever I ask questions I usually just get told "we'll add that to our feature request list" without any timeline or insight into what's actually being developed.

I've been using this platform almost daily as an admin and it's incredibly simple to pick up. What really stands out is how they've reimagined engagement, there are tons of features to keep learners focused, plus different learning formats like guides, challenges and resources. We've actually built our entire onboarding program here, keeping learners to just 1-2 hours weekly while I manage things behind the scenes.

I appreciate how responsive they are with platform updates based on what customers actually need.
Cons
The search functionality feels pretty basic and could really use better filtering options plus it would be great if it learned from what I've searched before to make suggestions. Backend performance can be frustrating when things take forever to load. Would love to see some branching features that could automatically set up different training paths and certifications based on someone's role or experience level.
