Understanding Izenda to create queries and reports has been a challenge for me. The feature is powerful and essential but its lack of simpleness makes it harder to use effectively.

For me, the LCA website is interactive, letting members join, renew and register for events easily.

I had no difficulty integrating the product and even the transition from the old website worked well. However, when I need new processes created, it sometimes feels complicated to have them built.

Customizing certificates and replicating course development feels too limited for my team. Having more flexibility in these areas would really make the platform more efficient for me.

This software was budget friendly for our non profit and I appreciated that all our requested features were doable. The Committee module made it easy to manage multiple committees and roles and tracking which members had paid their dues over a specific date range was simple.

I was disappointed that some of the promised features turned out to be custom code that required extra payment and ultimately didn't work. The interface felt dense to me and required multiple clicks for even simple tasks which was frustrating from an admin perspective. Glitches and bugs happened frequently, like duplicated documents or random characters appearing in posts and pages. Even critical issues, such as the payment portal failing during a major event, were brushed off by support without a clear resolution. This left me with little confidence in their ability to address problems seriously.

Generating specific reports was easy and simple for me. It saved me and my team a lot of time.

Cons

I wasn't able to generate name badges with a numbering system which would have been useful for organizing participants more efficiently.
