Any updates need to be manually performed if changes were made, unfortunately, it doesn't happen automatically in invoices.

abas ERP captures wide range of detailed information, allowing us to generate customized reports. The customer support personnel have been outstanding to work with.

Cons

Our initial setup team was scattered which results in some gaps during the implementation process. However, the team members we've worked with since then have been exceptional.

The ease of use, along with the ability to customize and improve functionality, makes it stand out. It seamlessly integrates with other software packages and runs smoothly on a Linux server.

Cons

Occasionally, error messages still appear in German language which is not great. The learning curve for users is present, and the English documentation/help provided is not always clear.

Pros

Unlike larger ERP companies where you speak to a different person each time you need assistance, Abas assigns a dedicated group of people to your company. Building relationships with them has been priceless. They become familiar with our company and its workings, which proves beneficial when we want to make changes within the system as they are already knowledgeable about our business.

Cons

It have a mixed feeling. The system has a wide range of features, which is fantastic! However, initially it can be overwhelming. When you see demos of features you like and want to have right away, you realize the importance of taking a step back and focusing on getting the basics up and running first.
