“My experience with AGW

Pros

I find the software's flexibility and ease of use make it an excellent MES solution for any industry. It's simple to tailor to our needs and the operation is simple, making it a great fit for what we do.

Cons

As a highly customizable product, it's challenging to find any limitations since every requirement we have had so far has been met. The only area where it could improve is in enhancing the robustness of certain communication and application processes.

Pros

The communication and collaboration with the team have been fantastic. They're quick to respond to any growth or changes we need. The tool is super adaptable and the environment is really flexible. It has a great set of parameters, strong traceability and is easy for our machine PLC programmers to work with.

Cons

I've noticed that the web portal takes a while to load, especially when searching for jobs. There are also limited options for creating new tools or reports, as any new reports need to be prepared by AGW specialists. On top of that, the appearance of the web portal feels a bit outdated and doesn't quite match up with the modern Industry 4.0 tools.

Pros

The support has been great and they're always available whenever I need help. Their explanations are clear and really helpful.

Cons

They really respect our time and are quick to share any details we need whenever we ask. It makes everything so much easier!

“AGW traceability solution

Pros

I can develop almost any logic I need and new processes for the desired logic are easily configured right at the station level. It's really flexible and customizable.

Cons

It would be great to have more predefined report templates available, as the system currently lacks them (though they can be configured later). The system is initially set up based on specific needs, and any additional requirements would require modifications, which can be a bit time-consuming.

Pros

The guidance is super clear and easy to follow, so I can explain it to my colleagues without any trouble. It makes everything a lot simpler for the whole team.

I'm really satisfied with everything so no complaints at all!

Pros

It is really easy to use and meets all our needs. At our plant, it helps us manage our IMM and assembly stations with ease. It covers production management, traceability, and stock control. Plus, it can even connect with some older systems and machines, which is a huge bonus!

Cons

Aside from a few software crashes, which have been resolved, I have no complaints about AGW. The team is always dedicated to fixing any issues and providing excellent customer service.

I have no complaints at all as everything has been great from my side.

“Analyzing production risks with AGW

Pros

One of the things I love most about AGW is how it lets me track every single component of each part. I can check things like the serial number, production date and more. It's such a useful feature for catching any potential production issues before they become bigger problems.

Cons

It did take me a little time to get familiar with the program, especially when it came to generating reports. But once I got the hang of it, it became much easier to use.

Pros

I love that AGW was built from the ground up specifically for the shop floor. It integrates perfectly with our manufacturing operations, unlike many top-down systems that just don't work as well in the production environment. It really makes a difference!

Cons

At this point I have no complaints as any issues that arise are promptly and efficiently addressed.

Pros

What I love most about the optimization in AGW is that it's limitless. There are so many possibilities for optimizing processes and it's really exciting to see how much can be improved.

Cons

One thing I think could be improved is that for small requests, we still need to involve ITD. It would be awesome if some of these could be handled without needing their help every time.

Pros

We're currently using AGW and we're really impressed with how user-friendly the interface is. On top of that, the response time for solving any issues is super quick, which makes everything run smoothly.

Cons

So far I haven't come across anything that I don't like about AGW.

The setup was super easy and I really appreciate how flexible the system is in adapting to our existing processes. It's been a smooth experience all around.

We have discovered very few, if any aspects to dislike, primarily due to the systems flexibility.

The most valuable feature of the AGW system is how flexible it is in meeting the specific needs of different OEM customers. It handles batch, JIT and JIS production, as well as shipping processes with ease. It's a game-changer for us!

My experience has been entirely positive and I have not identified any weaknesses.

The traceability, administration and the support from Alex have been outstanding. Alex has been super helpful and everything has been running smoothly thanks to the great support!

Cons

In my opinion the AGW team should provide a comprehensive presentation of all features including the entire package from raw material to shipment.

I really love how flexible the system is—it makes it so easy to adjust and align with our business needs. It's been super helpful in keeping everything adaptable!

Cons

I've encountered some frequent screen errors and instability with the web interface. Also, creating custom reports independently isn't possible, which can be a bit limiting. User security is managed across multiple locations and isn't connected to Active Directory, so it would be great if everything could be centralized in one place, similar to a qualification matrix. Another issue is that when changing the revision of a product, there isn't an easy way to link it with the product BOM and equipment processes. While support used to be great, it feels like they've taken on too many ongoing projects recently, which has affected their responsiveness.

Pros

It is fast, efficient, reliable and flexible. It makes managing operations so easy and it stores all events, which is super helpful for tracking everything.

Cons

The dashboard interface could definitely use some improvements, especially when it comes to managing roles. It would be great if it were redesigned with more advanced features. As an administrator, I need more flexibility to manage the AGWExcuter Screen and make adjustments more easily.
