Pros

Excellent communication (collaboration with the team) Rapid response to growth. Adaptable tool and environment. Great collection of parameters, traceability and easily comprehensible by machine PLC programmers.

Cons

The web portal experiences prolonged loading times (when searching for jobs). There are limited options to create new tools or reports as all new reports must be prepared by AGW specialists. Additionally, the appearance of the web portal seems outdated and doesn't align with the modern industry 4.0 tools.

Pros

Almost any logic can be developed, and new processes for desired logic are configured at the station level.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have a broader range of predefined report templates as the system currently lacks them (although they can be easily configured later). The system is initially set up based on specific requirements and any additional requirements necessitate modifications.

Pros

AGW brings cutting edge and dependable system monitoring to our manufacturing plant, delivering real-time outcomes and preventive capabilities that empower our local team to ensure minimal disruptions to operations and shipping.

Cons

The simplicity in both the usage and implementation of AGW was remarkable. It was so straightforward that the plant management team hesitated to fully embrace the system and requested the old system to remain online for several months. However, AGW was swiftly integrated into the plant, and due to its flawless implementation, user acceptance, and system stability, the old system was eventually retired.
