“Aquilon has been a pleasantly surprising labyrith.

Pros

What sets this software apart is its extensive range of options to cater to specific customer needs. It is not a generic software that requires extensive workarounds but can be easily adjusted to fit our requirements.

Cons

What I like least is that some user fields still have an outdated appearance. However I have confidence that Aquilon's continuous efforts to enhance the software will soon bring about a change in this aspect.

The software is both fast and user-friendly. It ensures that all information is safe and up to date. The working format is excellent.

Cons

Once an invoice is posted it cannot be changed which can be a bit restrictive. Additionally there are several functions that I have yet to explore and fully understand.

The support we receive from Aquilon is truly outstanding. They understand our needs and if the program lacks a specific feature they create a solution for us.

Cons

In my opinion Aquilon could improve its reporting capabilities. Although we often use Microsoft Excel it would be convenient to run reports directly from Aquilon.

This software is highly reliable and stable offering powerful tools for sales analysis. Its seamless integration with other programs is a major advantage. Training new recruits is efficient and straightforward. The contact manager feature is exceptionally helpful.

Cons

The quoting module needs to be more user-friendly. It would be beneficial if quotes could reflect promised inventory and if there was a centralized record of all quotes sent to individual customers.

The ability to customize queries and reports combined with excellent customer service sets Aquilon apart. The responsive and supportive Aquilon team ensures that our needs are met.

Cons

One limitation I encountered is the inability to build new modules on the fly. Each new request has to be submitted although the Aquilon office is incredibly helpful in assisting with these requests. Nonetheless it would be advantageous to have the capability to set up simple modules independently.

Aquilon was able to bridge the gaps between IT accounting and operations so we ended up with a product that works for all three. They achieved this by listening acting and reviewing to ensure buy-in from us. They also took the time to understand our business and its nuances so the product truly achieves what we wanted it to do.

Cons

The process has taken longer than expected but we are satisfied with the outcome and cost. We will learn from this experience for future projects.

The new interface is more intuitive and easy to navigate and the program is much easier to use.

I don't really have any major complaints. The interface was a bit clumsy initially but it has been mostly resolved. The only minor issue is the font size which may be due to the Microsoft Surface rather than the software itself.

It would be great to have the ability to customize queries. While the current queries are comprehensive there are times when different departments require customized queries for specific reports.

As a manufacturing company accurately tracking live inventory with parent kits is challenging. We need to prioritize what is most crucial to monitor.

Just about everything we need to be effective is built-in. We don't have to buy a bunch of add-on software because Aquilon provides what we need.

Cons

I would appreciate a refreshed interface. Although it functions well it feels slightly outdated. This won't affect the software's effectiveness but it would be helpful for new staff who are accustomed to more modern features like social media links.

Pros

As a manufacturing and distribution company we have been using Aquilon for over 3 years and find it fast reliable and comprehensive. It offers an amazing set of features for the price we paid. The recent version has introduced even more user controls making training our new staff easier. The support group is quick to respond with answers when we need them. Overall we are exceptionally happy with the software.

Cons

Whenever we encounter any issues we reach out to the support group and they provide excellent guidance. We have no complaints in this regard.

My favorite feature is the automatic creation of intercompany journal entries ensuring balanced intercompany loan accounts at all times. The inventory module allows perpetual inventory counts avoiding disruptions that a full stock count can bring. The payroll system is user-friendly and allows detailed cost allocations. The customer service is excellent providing customization training and ongoing support tailored to our requirements.

It's hard to believe but so far the software has met all our needs exceptionally well.

We use the software for every part of our business from inventory control to purchase orders invoicing tracking aging and all our accounting needs. It's a fully-fledged accounting package. Additionally it simplifies "chain-of-custody" requirements eliminating the need for extra paperwork. The system has checks in place to catch and correct mistakes during data entry making it easier to address them at the time of entry.

Pros

What impresses me most about Aquilon is its seamless integration with our operations. It seems like they have already thought of every scenario or quickly found a solution for it. The Aquilon staff draws on a deep well of experience and their customer service is top-notch extending long after the sale. The value we receive far exceeds the surprisingly affordable cost.

Cons

I simply want this software to remain as it is now. In the past upgrades caused some issues.

The conversion and implementation of the new system took less than four weeks. Aquilon offered a competitive price and excellent on-site planning and implementation by experienced and professional staff. They even provided cheat sheets for employees during training.

Cons

The accounting system is highly comprehensive offering numerous options and features that can be tailored to meet specific business requirements. We look forward to integrating additional modules in the future. There are very few aspects of the product that we dislike.
