“Extremely satisfied customer

Pros

The ease of use and implementation of this software is exceptional. It provides the much-needed inventory management capability and the enforced accounting discipline brings a refreshing change that enhances our company's performance.

Cons

Currently Aquilon is in the process of developing a real-time general ledger which I believe will be a valuable addition to the software.

When it comes to inventory management and sales reporting this software is truly outstanding.

Cons

I did notice that some of the modules felt outdated and not as user-friendly as I would have liked. Adjusting to the multiple steps required to complete a single transaction took some time.

Compared to many other software options available this one offers effective inventory management at an affordable price.

One limitation I encountered was the lack of customizable reporting templates. I wish there was an option to personalize reports according to my specific needs.

I believe it would greatly benefit the software to have more import functions in different modules such as the ability to create purchase orders. Additionally having the option to create more customized reports by dragging and dropping fields would be fantastic.

Implementing this software was a breeze and our users quickly adapted to it.

Honestly I don't have many cons to mention. If anything the extensive options and capacity of the program can be overwhelming but it's a testament to its capabilities.

The support provided and the user-friendly nature of this software make it highly customizable to our specific needs.

While Aquilon is a powerful software it does have features that are not relevant to our needs leaving out some functionalities we would have liked to utilize.

The module links feature is incredibly useful. It allows me to access a customer's file easily to look up older sales or maintenance records while entering an invoice for billing. I particularly enjoy the convenience of exporting reports to Excel and PDF formats. When we migrated our files to this new software we were able to start using it immediately on the first day.

Cons

There were a few features that required tweaking for certain reports specifically for our unique sales tax requirements. However the Aquilon team was incredibly accommodating promptly addressing and resolving these issues to align with our preferences.

Pros

Order processing is speedy and accessing customer information is effortless.

Cons

Integrating Aquilon was not difficult but I feel that the drilling down feature could be more detailed and intricate.

Pros

As a small company we all had some involvement in the process. Integration was painless from the perspective of a customer service representative. Once we established company SOPs training became simple and straightforward. Accessing the cloud-based version has never been an issue.

Cons

Initially there were some settings that were not configured to capture history as we needed. However once the issue was discovered it was quickly resolved.

This software's flexibility is its standout feature. Transitioning from a Sage product was a breeze.

Cons

Like any product there are always minor adjustments to be made and I appreciate that Aquilon is constantly making improvements.

Aquilon ERP is an outstanding software designed with smaller businesses in mind. Unlike many other ERP software options it perfectly aligns with our needs. The fully customizable displays make it easy to find and use the features we require.

Cons

Sometimes the software's extensive range of options can be overwhelming. It takes time to discover all the features and understand where to find them.

Personally I have no complaints whatsoever. I am thoroughly satisfied with the product.

“A Solid Product for a Fair Price

Pros

Our small manufacturing and distribution company with approximately $15M in sales had to transition from our outdated server-based package due to lack of support. We faced constant problems with Microsoft update compatibility security issues and connectivity problems. Switching to a cloud-based solution seemed like the right path and after evaluating and testing various options we chose Aquilon. The pricing was reasonable for a company of our size and the involvement of Aquilon's leadership in the sales process was a major selling point. Their personal service and support have been exceptional from the beginning and continue to this day.

Cons

While transitioning from our old system there were a few reports that I missed. However we were able to create custom reports that provide essentially the same information. Using a cloud-based subscription product like Aquilon eliminates concerns about server problems software updates backups and connectivity issues with our branches which brings peace of mind.

Pros

Once we received training and became familiar with the software we found it incredibly easy to use. The data queries allow us to customize the data presentation for our products and customers which was not possible with our previous software that lacked flexibility and power.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about this software. It not only fulfills all our requirements but also goes above and beyond.

The Aquilon system greatly simplifies the sales function.

Cons

Aquilon offers an abundance of features that we haven't fully taken advantage of yet. We have the potential to maximize its capabilities even further.

The inventory module of this software is remarkably comprehensive especially for door suppliers. It stands out as one of the strongest inventory management software I have ever used.

Cons

The payroll system lacks the ability to print out T4 forms directly. We have to manually align pre-printed blank forms which can be time-consuming.

Pros

Aquilon provides all the necessary modules to manage and track our food production business on a limited budget. While we have yet to fully utilize all aspects of the software we are confident that it will support our business growth. The customer service is truly awesome with quick issue resolution and prompt responses to any questions or concerns. Regular updates fix bugs and introduce new features.

Cons

Aquilon has the capacity to manage numerous aspects of your business making it challenging to fully master all its functionalities. Additional training from their staff would undoubtedly benefit us. While the interface is not yet consistent across all modules they are actively working on improving it.

Pros

The import/export capabilities with Excel are excellent and highly useful. They significantly reduce implementation time. The software also offers good support.

Cons

I would appreciate a bit more flexibility when it comes to handling and managing jobs within the system particularly in terms of work in progress (WIP).

The combination of inventory and sales features allows us to easily and accurately provide quotes to our customers giving our presentations a professional touch.

Whenever I encountered a task I couldn't perform or thought was unavailable the exceptional customer support team came to the rescue.

Pros

This software excels in ease of implementation functionality payroll inclusion and significant resource savings compared to our previous system and Excel spreadsheets. The customer support is outstanding and customization requests are promptly and effectively implemented.

Cons

The integration with the general ledger can be cumbersome but I have learned that Aquilon is addressing this issue and working on eliminating it in the upcoming version which is currently being tested.
