“User friendly software that delivers

Pros

The software is easy to use and improves productivity with quick access to different modules and corporations. The official month-end closing event ensures users stay up to date with processing. Late entries can still be processed through journal entries. The vendor provides reliable support whenever needed.

Cons

Similar to any ERP system adjustments in this software require a correcting journal entry for control purposes. Smaller accounting systems allow users to directly modify past entries by clicking on them.

Pros

The level of detail in every module is remarkable and the setup process is easy. Exporting to Excel is a feature I love. The vendor is easy to deal with listens to and answers any questions. It's a full-range system with a great price. Importing data for setup and day-to-day work is effortless. These are features not commonly seen even in large ERP systems.

Cons

So far I haven't found anything I dislike about this product. It has been working well for my yarn shop.

It's a fully-featured software system at an excellent price. The vendor is helpful and willing to assist. It meets all our business needs and has additional features we can utilize as we grow.

Since the software has been around for a while not all modules have been redeveloped in the new interface. Initially this posed a problem but the vendor is making significant progress. Once complete it will be an excellent product. However I understand that the current pricing reflects this situation.

From a user's perspective the software is user-friendly and training in a specific module can be completed within weeks. It integrates well with external software and applications like EDI. It's straightforward for anyone with accounting or overall business knowledge. It can be synced with CRM software in the cloud. The security parameters can be easily controlled for different users within the company. It provides good reporting and analysis queries for management.

Cons

The software's functionality is dependent on the status of the server farm similar to many other ERP systems.

22.Aquilon has proven to be very stable with no crashing issues. Regular updates have made the system more robust. Reviews and queries are simple and straightforward providing all the necessary information. Exporting directly to Excel makes code changes and product updates very easy. The shortcut keys are useful for speeding up data entry and processing. Security protocols limit access to employees with specific functions.

Cons

We have to use pre-printed forms for picking tickets invoices etc. It would be helpful to have the option to use PDF or another form capture method. Some module queries are currently unavailable or limited in scope but I've heard that they are being worked on.
