“simple setup and adaptable workflow”
Pros
Right from the start, CheckProof has made everything very simple for both our organization's administrators and our end users. The setup isn't complicated but the structure still works well for everything from basic tasks to more complex processes. On top of that the support and collaboration from the CheckProof team made the integration very efficient.
Cons
No significant downsides I've come across with CheckProof, I like everything about it.

It's reassuring that this platform is created and sold by people who truly understand the industry and know how it needs to work in practice.
Cons
Would be even better if suggested ideas or changes could be implemented more quickly but everything else is perfect.

Pros
CheckProof started out working really well for Banner Contracts as a way to manage pre-start inspections on our mobile plant but because the functions are so flexible, it quickly turned into our go-to digital solution for just about everything. We now use it for servicing schedules, statutory inspection schedules, our electronic health and safety folder and plenty more.
Cons
At this point, not really anything. A few minor gripes I had before have already been addressed, such as certain terminology being updated to better suit the UK market.
