Best CAD Option

Pros

The user interface and functionality are excellent. Creating mapkeys, workflow and options within each functional component, like fillets are easily accessible.

Cons

The price of Creo is understandable considering its position as a top-tier CAD software. However, personally, I wish it were more affordable for hobbies and personal use, as it currently feels too expensive for a casual tool.

good software

Pros

While I personally use SolidWorks, but Creo software is widely used in my mother company in China and it serves them well.

Cons

After using this software, I didn't find any advantages over SolidWorks, which I used previously. In fact, SolidWorks proved to be much easier to use.

Great product to use

Pros

The ease with which I can create CAD models and use them for analysis is remarkable. I've also found CREO useful for cleaning up geometry.

Cons

It's worth mentioning that Creo is a paid software, and even the free student version lacks many features which makes it less useful for students.

Creo Student Review

Pros

CREO offers a lot of functionalities and is a good software for modeling 3D geometries. It is more suitable for users already familiar with 3D modeling to some extent. Compared to other commercial 3D modeling software, it is relatively more affordable.

Cons

The UI of Creo could be improved to provide a more intuitive experience for students. Compared to software like SolidWorks, the UI in Creo is not as visually appealing and can be confusing for new users. Transitions between views and assembly animations could be smoother. While there is no significant lag, it doesn't feel as natural as in other popular 3D modeling software.
