“ETQ Reliance Review from Medical Device view
Pros
The software comes with a wide range of prebuilt functionalities that we extensively used. Additionally the ability to customize the software to our unique needs was highly beneficial.
Cons
While the ETQ Academy is the primary training resource, I would appreciate having more comprehensive textbooks for each system. The video based training can be slow and lacks specificity. It would also be helpful to have better methods for creating ad hoc reports as the system restricts basic users from generating their own reports and views.

“Quality Driven System for Multi-Faceted Healthcare company
Pros
The seamless connectivity of records across various modules allows for easy access to data during investigations and audits.
Cons
The ETQ Academys training resources are still somewhat limited, but they are continuously improving and adding new courses. Additionally, the ETQ Community provides a wealth of knowledge for even the most basic users, compensating for any shortcomings in the ETQ Academy.

“Powerful software, customization more difficult
Pros
ETQ Reliance is primarily focused on meeting the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA compliance. However it can be customized to comply with ISO 9001 standards as well. The software offers an extensive library of training videos for each module, customizable layouts and forms and comprehensive administrative capabilities.
Cons
Customizing the program can be challenging for those who are not familiar with programming software like Basic. Although preset forms are available, making modifications can be daunting.

“A must-have
Pros
Reliance offers an extensive range of features and truly lives up to its name as a "reliable" software. It is also fast and includes an efficient search function.
Cons
The software could be more intuitive to use. Initially, the multitude of functions can be overwhelming. However, once you focus on the features you truly need, it becomes easier to navigate.

“ETQ Reliance: Administrator User review
Pros
The overall intuitiveness of this software is incredible! I haven't come across many other software packages that require such minimal orientation and training.
Cons
The purchase and implementation costs can be substantial, especially if there are no significant annualized savings to justify the investment.

“Quick to look up document information but lacked some other useful features
Pros
My company utilized this software as a document management system. It was effortless to search for information, and the learning curve was minimal. It proved to be effective for document uploading.
Cons
Some features were not easily accessible, and occasional crashes occurred. It was not the most effective tool for managing Solid works files and there was a lack of linking related documents.

“A Great Quality Management Software by ETQ
Pros
The standout feature of ETQ for me was its cloud storage and functionality. Having a centralized repository for all data greatly increased efficiency. Moreover, the software is exceptionally easy to use and offers a high degree of flexibility.
Cons
The lack of robust reporting capabilities and subpar technical support are the aspects I liked the least about ETQ.

“ETQ Perfect for Quality Improvement System
Pros
This software is the best for implementing, controlling, and monitoring an effective quality management system. It comprehensively covers the core components of quality management, such as corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. It also incorporates lean methodologies to reduce rework costs, production burdens, and losses. The software facilitates human resource development, including training and skills level records, ensuring smooth and faultless production. Its Saas platform enables remote work and access across multiple locations. The software's integration with other tools and APIs allows for versatile data reading directly from the source. It effectively records and addresses quality improvement based on customer complaints. Additionally the software offers KPI-based dashboards that monitor ROIs and the performance of the quality management system and employees.
Cons
The visuals in the software are not highly interactive for handling large amounts of data. It would be beneficial to have mandatory visual representations for extensive data analysis. The software falls short in analyzing the cost of improvements impact on ROI. BI and automation alone are insufficient for driving QMS strategically.

“Easy to use
Pros
This software greatly simplified the processes of receiving products, moving them, and identifying errors compared to our previous software. It was slightly confusing at first, but after a couple of weeks of use, navigation became very easy.
Cons
It took a few weeks to fully grasp the ins and outs of the software and learn how to navigate it, but I'm glad we made the switch.

“Convenience and Organizational
Pros
An efficient and effective system is essential for document control. This software has been immensely helpful in achieving A.C.T.S. (Approvals, Collaboration, Timeliness, and S principles). It has eliminated the old-fashioned methods of filing, archiving, sorting, and distribution.
Cons
Training is necessary to effectively use this software. However, once you acquire the necessary skills you'll be good to go.

“Comprehensive supply chain management solution that provides unparalleled customer experience.
Pros
What we appreciate the most about this SCM software is its exceptional flexibility. It can be easily configured and integrated with other applications to suit our business needs. Our users find it painless to learn how to navigate the software, upgrade it or create reports from extracted data.
Cons
It may seem daunting for first time users, but with proper guidance from management, the transition does not have to be overly challenging. Additionally the abundance of available modules often exceeds our ability to implement them as quickly as we'd like.

“Best to track Process Change
Pros
Its the best way to track changes in a process. The system has segregated processes for tracking different kinds of changes, and it's easy to use.
Cons
When there are too many files attached to a process or if multiple files are open simultaneously in ETQ the system slows down or sometimes freezes.

“Our organization has been using this software since the year 2000.
Pros
I really like the simplicity because of its graphical user interface (GUI). The software is straightforward to use, and all modules have the same interface. When logging into the system, the interface is clean. Moreover, it complies with our international standard audits.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the frequent password resets required on the Technical Support website. It would be better if the password remained valid for at least a month.

“Easy to use system with excellent support when needed.
Pros
Even non IT individuals can easily adapt to programming the software to meet their company's specific needs, thanks to the helpful documentation provided.
Cons
The error messages that appear during development are not very clear in explaining the issue, especially for non-technical users. The messages contain error code numbers that are not easily translated into specific problem areas.

“This software has become the hub of our best business practices, database and management system.
Pros
The configurability and the ability to teach the basics to staff with basic computer science and SQL/Java knowledge within a few weeks is impressive. The software also allows us to influence changes in product updates, and EtQ consistently prioritizes usability.
Cons
As a first time user I initially found it intimidating, but I realized that it's not just about the software itself but also about managing change. EtQ should focus more on simplicity to ensure new users readily accept the product upon release.

“Easy to use for every level of business. Flexible enough for every business function
Pros
The software's flexibility is unmatched; it can be used for virtually anything. We refer to it as the "anything engine" because it adapts easily to the plant floor and is sophisticated enough for use by VPs. Its user-friendly for non technical business users to configure and provides exceptional value. Simultaneously it offers enough flexibility for highly technical developers to implement unique solutions.
Cons
The softwares biggest drawback is its limited reporting capabilities. While there are some pre-built features available, they are outdated and lack functionality.
