Has been our core SHE platform and continue to grow the footprint.

Pros

The softwares flexibility allows for easy configuration to meet most of our requirements. It scales well and can be extended to fit all areas of our business.

Cons

The absence of mobile support has hindered deeper engagement with the software. Although there has been some progress in this area, further refinement is still needed.

Our experience with EtQ software has been great.

Pros

Having a central repository for data from various individuals in the organization proves to be incredibly useful. When customers visit for audits and we showcase our systems on the computer, they are highly impressed.

Cons

The software is not very easy to use or you can say straightforward for individuals with limited computer skills. Some features that were present in older versions are not always available in the newer ones.

Power User, Developer, and Trainer. I've been using EtQ for 4 years

Pros

I am particularly fond of how easily configurable the system is. I can create a new module from scratch or modify an out of the box module to align with our business needs.

Cons

I am currently using version 11.0q and I find it inconvenient to have multiple windows open to access the configuration settings when using the designer.

EtQ has been an important partner in our EHSS team for many years and has grown with our team.

Pros

ETQs Reliance is exceptionally flexible, allowing us to tailor the software to our tasks instead of modifying our systems to fit the software. It also offers numerous modules that help us manage the ever-growing list of compliance tasks.

Cons

The Employee Training module desperately needs an update, and we're eagerly awaiting it. Currently the training module only serves as a repository for training dates in our company.

Pros

The platform's flexibility is outstanding; we can customize the software to perfectly fit our business needs.

Cons

Having IT support is crucial if you want to customize this product. Non-technical personnel can handle the out of the-box functionality with proper training.

We have been using EtQ products since 2002. It's been a great experience!

Pros

Its very simple to custom configure the design from our end or build an entire application from scratch. Users appreciate its ease of use and the ability to extract data for reporting. The tech support team responds to issues within an hour or two at most. In my experience, 99% of my inquiries are not about fixing something, but rather about how to perform certain tasks. Upgrades are relatively painless, and scaling the software for enterprise use is straightforward. The cost is also very reasonable.

Cons

We are facing some difficulties with the mobility functionality, but we believe it's an issue on our end. EtQ Tech Support is sending an onsite technician to assist with troubleshooting the problem. Apart from that there is not much to dislike.
