“Exceptional customer care”
Pros
We had the system fully up and running within 4 weeks of our first conversations with them. The support team has been exceptional throughout. They're knowledgeable, responsive and quick to help despite us being based all the way over in New Zealand. The new dashboards have been a real game changer for us as well. They're simple to build and give meaningful production insights across every level of the business. It's also been impressive to see the platform keep improving over time. The newer features especially those focused on shift flexibility and planning, have made it even more valuable for handling daily operations efficiently.
Cons
The only thing that would make it even better is having local support although we do understand that's not easy given that we're based in New Zealand.

“clear uptime insights”
Pros
Across our team FourJaw gives us clear and genuinely useful data that helps us improve performance especially by making better use of both machine uptime and operator uptime.
Cons
No cons. It's a very convenient and simple solution and I know more job schedule integration is on their development roadmap which we're looking forward to seeing.

“simple setup”
Pros
Installation and then roll out a simple process and integrating it across different machines has been going smoothly as well. It gives us visibility into areas that were previously difficult, if not impossible, to track.
Cons
There's not much to complain about. That said it would be nice to see a few more options for capturing data, along with stronger tools for interpreting that data in the future.

“quick setup and valuable insights”
Pros
Getting everything installed is quick and data collection begins right away. The support team has been excellent as well.
Cons
It's still early days but I don't really have anything negative to say about the software. The data is very helpful and there are plenty of features included to help maximize productivity.

“Clear data insights”
Pros
The way the data was laid out was really well organized which made it easy to set a baseline and then map out growth targets across a timeline.
Cons
The only challenge we had wasn't with the device itself but with keeping consistent power to it since we hadn't hardwired it at first. Once we took care of that, it worked perfectly.

“powerful line monitoring platform”
Pros
Running multiple production lines is much easier with FourJaw because the interface is excellent and gives clear visibility of real time downtime across operations. That makes it possible to dig into root cause analysis when jobs are not completed on time and it also helps track trends across multiple batches of the same product or focus closely on one specific production line. On top of that the customer service is outstanding. They are always available to help with technical problems and are willing to listen to feedback and introduce updates that actually improve the platform into place.
Cons
I think what would improve it further is a fully customizable reporting system built directly into the user interface. You can create fully customized reports now but it has to be done through Excel rather than inside the platform itself.

The visibility it provides and its efficiency stood out. Installation was simple and the feedback comes through instantly which makes it very practical to use.
Cons
It does have a few limitations but we're currently addressing them with the customer care team.

“helpful scheduling feature”
Pros
Compared with similar products this one is simpler to install and get up and running. The customer support team is excellent and responds quickly whenever there are questions. It also does a good job of helping users save their data and the import/export process is more convenient than with many other tools. The scheduling feature is probably the standout part for me and makes managing work much better.
Cons
A limitation is that raw data cannot be exported for later use or reference. The initial setup is a bit complicated its still easier than other options on the market. Plus the support team does their best to help with any concerns along the way. The UI could also use a few updates but overall it is still one of the better options available.

“wide range of features”
Pros
Between the wide range of features, workflow management becomes much more manageable. The output is excellent and the way the data is presented looks polished and accurate. Active tracking and real time monitoring are also a big plus and they make the software even more appealing to use.
Cons
The price is definitely on the higher side. That can be a real concern for new startups trying to manage their budget.

“fast setup”
Pros
Set up wasnt too complicated and the shopfloor team can use it without much effort. One of the biggest advantages is that you can start tracking as early as tomorrow which not many solutions are able to offer.
Cons
FourJaw is geared mostly toward OEE while our company is more focused on MTBF so there are still a few features we'd like to have :)

“Quick installation”
Pros
Their customer service along with aftersales support has been fantastic. Right from the first conversations, there was never any pressure to sign up and after comparing it with other competitors, FourJaw clearly came out as the best choice for us.
Cons
I'd need more hours in the day to be able to look for faults because it's genuinely such an easy platform to use. The only issue is that I'm too busy to take advantage of the newest features as they come out.

“Limited flexibility”
Pros
Something this software does well is letting us capture and track machine data in real time, while also making it possible to go back and review historical performance figures when needed.
Cons
Where it falls short is in customization and overall flexibility which makes it harder to fit different production setups or operating styles. The platform feels fairly rigid in the way data moves through the system and it does not always provide operators with the information they need to do their jobs effectively.

Pros

“Powerful analytics”
Pros
This platform has offered a wide range of practical features that are genuinely powerful for handling different tasks. The time monitoring stands out in particular and the real time data analytics are excellent. It also does a fantastic job with managing multiple projects, while the communication it supports between different teams is impressive. On top of that the document management tools and the ability to generate valuable operational reports make FourJaw even more useful.
Cons

“Very efficient”
Pros
Across scheduling, quality control, product management, traceability, monitoring and real time reporting, the platform covers a lot of ground. It can really help manufacturing teams run more efficiently, cut down on waste, organize day to day processes and improve overall product quality.
Cons
Pricing is on the higher side compared with similar tools which can be tough for smaller companies working with tighter budgets. Depending on specific manufacturing requirements some users may also notice that certain features they need are missing.

“focused updates with close collaboration”
Pros
Thanks to the software team, both our engineering and production teams now have a clear focal point for discussing and rolling out possible efficiency measures to improve our workflow. FourJaw worked closely with us through the whole development process so the features that proved useful have genuinely made it into the software we use today.
Cons
This seems to have been resolved with the newer hardware but the older version had to be installed by FourJaw because the setup was more complicated.
