“INFOR LN - no product for medium-sized companies”
Pros
Personally, I find the WebUI to be good, but I do not recommend the other features.
Cons
Despite having sufficient server resources, I experienced poor performance with Infor LN. The availability of consulting partners is rare and the support from INFOR has been lacking.

“Rip-off company”
Pros
I learned that I won't need it again and that there is no need to sign a maintenance contract, they simply rest.
Cons
Every effort requires financial investment and it feels unfair when the project manager includes a 15% cost markup, benefiting themselves at the expense of others similar to certain political situations.

“Best ERP”
Pros
I find this ERP system easy to use, with data traceability and cloud-based accessibility. It is practical for inventory management and calculating costs.
Cons
The software is robust in nature. The On-Premises version has some limitations and incurs maintenance costs. However, the new Cloud version of the ERP is fantastic.

Pros
I have been using this software for two years now, and I can confidently say that it provides a great experience. Serialized items are well maintained and used for warranty purposes of our products.

Retrieving data from the bill register such as sales orders or purchase orders, takes a significant amount of time for file downloads based on the data volume.

The information provided through Salesforce was accurate and properly documented in LN. Dispatching and releasing assets from LN was much easier compared to other asset/manufacturing storage sites.

The visual platform has an outdated appearance. Initially, it is difficult to find the icons and options we are looking for.

“Good, but not perfect”
Pros
I find the product quite easy to use. The table formats for data allow me to quickly pull data into Excel for analysis outside of LN. The integration with Vertex, UPS, and FedEx is also seamless.
Cons
If your business process does not align properly with the LN system, it becomes a struggle. The system is challenging to adjust or modify according to specific needs.

“Advanced management software”
Pros
In my experience with Infor LN, I primarily use it for inserting bills of materials (BOMs) for various products and attributing availability (AVL) to each component. The program, with its customized modules, truly shines in this regard. Additionally, the processing cycles, along with the allocation of time and hourly quotas, enable the system to manage costs and sales margins. Extracting data in Excel format provides a very effective way to control and identify any inaccuracies in the data entered by different users.
Cons
When using the various data search windows, I noticed that if I enter codes that are not present, the subsequent codes are displayed in alphabetical order without any indication that the required code was not selected.

“Local implementation of Infor ERP software in Thailand a very painful experience”
Pros
Unfortunately, we have not been able to use it yet due to a delayed implementation project of two years. Thus, I cannot speak much about the real advantages of the software. However, my impression is that it is a combination of different software packages that are not fully aligned yet.
Cons
The implementation process with a local distributor in Thailand proved to be a challenging experience. There were frequent changes in project managers, and customization was difficult to achieve. Eventually, we had to seek assistance from an Infor office in Singapore, which incurred additional costs. Unfortunately, the Singapore office showed little concern for the local distributor, with each party prioritizing their own profit and cost center. We received no meaningful consultancy or training support. The lack of alignment among project managers and software engineers left us in a difficult position of managing the project ourselves.

“Infor review”
Pros
In our financial management and reporting, we utilize Infor, which seamlessly connects with our accounting software, Sage (F9). The functionality allows us to create various reports in a user-friendly Excel version, which proves valuable for financial reviews and reporting.
Cons
While the software is generally user-friendly, it can be quite sensitive and challenging to fix once errors occur. Since it handles various links, it is crucial not to erase formulas or break links, as it can jeopardize all connected reporting.
