Pros

At first, the software can be intimidating, but the training provided is excellent and puts me in a position to understand and use it properly. Its value becomes apparent immediately, as it eliminates the need for repetitive manual steps.

Cons

There's not much I can add, but whenever I encounter an issue, customer support team quickly response and provide assistance to resolve any problems.

For me it is really difficult to choose a specific feature that we like the most because we genuinely like everything about it. However, the customer support team at Shopkeeper is outstanding and surpasses all our other vendors in terms of their service.

I don't have anything to mention. We have been using ShopKeeper for many years, and I must say that the initial difficulties were simply part of the learning process.

Pros

The visibility of data throughout the system is something I particularly enjoy, along with the ease of searching, filtering and sorting all forms. The search functions for part history and purchase history are truly amazing. I can easily schedule operations for individual machines, and the ability to open and view multiple forms simultaneously is highly useful. All the information entered in ShopKeeper flows seamlessly through all forms and reports, creating bills and invoices in QuickBooks.

Cons

The ShopKeeper team is highly responsive and understands the specific needs of our Job Shop environment. I honestly have no complaints.

Pros

It's quite forgiving when purchase orders are mistakenly coded to the wrong job.

It would be beneficial if there were improvements in handling keystroke errors and refreshing the screen after selecting different options.

We strongly believe that ShopKeeper is one of the best ERP and MRP systems available. The amount of information available with just a few mouse clicks is truly incredible. We can efficiently manage, retrieve and update information, and the real-time updates from our shop floor to our project managers are seamless. We absolutely LOVE ShopKeeper. Working with another small business, collaborating on customization and providing feedback for features that work fabulously while suggesting improvements has been a great experience.

Occasionally, there are minor bugs with updates, but the ShopKeeper staff is always quick in resolving them.

The simplicity of the features makes Shopkeeper very user-friendly. The integration from our old manual system to ShopKeeper was a smooth process. It required some time, but once it's done, it's always there! It's super simple.
