At first, the software can be intimidating, but the training provided is excellent and puts me in a position to understand and use it properly. Its value becomes apparent immediately, as it eliminates the need for repetitive manual steps.

Cons

There's not much I can add, but whenever I encounter an issue, customer support team quickly response and provide assistance to resolve any problems.

The visibility of data throughout the system is something I particularly enjoy, along with the ease of searching, filtering and sorting all forms. The search functions for part history and purchase history are truly amazing. I can easily schedule operations for individual machines, and the ability to open and view multiple forms simultaneously is highly useful. All the information entered in ShopKeeper flows seamlessly through all forms and reports, creating bills and invoices in QuickBooks.

Cons

The ShopKeeper team is highly responsive and understands the specific needs of our Job Shop environment. I honestly have no complaints.

For me it is really difficult to choose a specific feature that we like the most because we genuinely like everything about it. However, the customer support team at Shopkeeper is outstanding and surpasses all our other vendors in terms of their service.

Cons

I don't have anything to mention. We have been using ShopKeeper for many years, and I must say that the initial difficulties were simply part of the learning process.
