Pros
Building and setting up a better work environment becomes much more manageable with all the recommendations and the organized way this software works. It has fit Dole very well especially with guidance on details such as making sure incoming or supply air is properly filtered.
Cons
One downside is that the software includes a very large number of recommendations which can feel overwhelming at first. It would be much better if it introduced new employees to the system faster and explained how to use it more clearly.
