Pros

One of the most valuable things about this platform is that it doesn't just depend on live observations or incident reports after something has already happened. It keeps analyzing video footage continuously and flags unsafe actions and PPE violations while they're happening. The biggest benefits are cutting down on manual audits, responding to hazards more quickly, getting data-backed safety insights and making safety coaching more effective by using actual examples from the workplace.

Cons

The alerts can be a bit much at the beginning and it takes some time to fine-tune the system so there aren't too many false positives. It also depends a lot on camera placement and how visible the area is so performance can differ from one location to another. On top of that reviewing the alerts and video clips still takes dedicated time if you want to get the full value out of the platform.

Pros

It genuinely feels unique compared to other options out there and that's a big reason I value it so much. It helps create a safer work environment by using cameras integrated directly into our production equipment which gives us visibility into activity on the production floor that we normally wouldn't have. I also appreciate how closely the system is tied to our equipment, including its ability to stop when it detects unsafe behavior. The dashboard and the surrounding tools are also an important part of configuring and using the system effectively. Most of all, the core feature of the software while it's actively working on the line is what I rely on the most.

Cons

The way communication is handled through meeting invites could be made better. I already receive a high volume of emails each day and it's common to get five to 10 meeting cancellations followed by another five to 10 new invites added to my calendar. Having that process organized better would make a noticeable difference. There's also plenty of opportunity to improve the dashboard so it feels more user friendly and useful without requiring someone to be an expert. A feature that summarizes the last shift, day or week without forcing users to dig deeply through the data would be especially valuable.

The AI innovation and modern technology really stand out here and it simply works. Once the IT architecture and security validation are completed, installation is very easy. The one on one customer support is also extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Cons

This software could expand into more use cases beyond safety. There's a lot of potential for the platform to grow in that direction.

Pros

It has been flexible enough to fit our manufacturing environment and connect smoothly with our camera systems. It gives us reliable monitoring and alerts across multiple production areas, warehouses and lab spaces 24/7. The platform is user friendly and we rely on it every day not only to evaluate how our safety program is performing but also to support continuous improvement and keep safety awareness high across the team. Setup and integration weren't too complicated and managed by a highly capable staff and the ongoing support has been excellent, with knowledgeable people helping us keep everything refined and performing at its best.

My only real regret with it is waiting as long as I did to install it.

Having this system in place has really helped us keep a close eye on workers' behavior and collect the data we need to analyze it properly. It makes it much easier to spot weak points, train employees in those areas, strengthen the overall safety culture, lower hazard exposure and reduce how often unsafe actions happen.

Stays focused on the information that actually matters instead of flooding users with unnecessary data. The platform is especially useful for remote safety monitoring, helps teams focus on the most relevant risks and continues to improve as safety requirements change over time. Being able to take action before an incident happens, rather than only responding afterward, is a major advantage for me.

Cons

In busy, constantly changing environments, setting up AI safety rules so they accurately reflect real-world behavior can take some effort at the beginning. Alert volumes can also be higher at first until the thresholds and parameters are tuned to fit actual site conditions. Better integration with existing EHS systems would make workflows more efficient and cut down on manual follow-up.

Pros

Working with this in a tightly controlled pharma manufacturing setting at Lupin Limited showed its value pretty quickly. The part I appreciated most was that the AI actually performed well in a real-world environment where safety requirements are extremely strict. It caught things our safety team would normally overlook, such as gloves or masks being worn incorrectly or someone getting too close to a restricted mixing zone. Since it ran on top of our existing CCTV setup, we didn't have to roll out a major new system which saved us a lot of hassle. The dashboards were useful too because they helped us spot trends, like which shifts had more PPE violations or which areas were seeing more near misses. It really felt like the tool was handling the monitoring for us so we could spend more time fixing issues instead of manually trying to detect them.

Cons

Getting everything up and running was more frustrating than we expected. At Lupin, the integration with our internal systems took longer because of the number of approvals and IT security checks involved. In the beginning some of the alerts were overly sensitive, flagging harmless movement or even shadows so we had to keep adjusting the settings repeatedly. The interface is solid overall but it can feel a bit sluggish when reviewing a large number of events one after another. Support was helpful when we reached out although response times were sometimes slower than we needed especially when production was active and we needed quick fixes.

Right from the start, this felt very accessible and easy to use so getting familiar with the platform and working in it didn't take much effort at all.

Cons

Because it relies on image processing technology, there's no need to provide a special camera. The system can be set up with any camera, as long as the image quality is good enough.

It keeps an ongoing watch over our facility and flags unsafe behavior before someone has to catch it manually. The AI does a good job of identifying higher risk areas which helps us direct our safety attention where it matters most. The platform is also easy to use on both desktop and mobile. On top of that the support from our customer representative, Ipek, has been responsive and helpful throughout the installation process and follow up.

Intenseye delivers useful insights and provides a strong base for proactive safety management though there are still a few areas that could be improved.
