Pros

One of the most valuable things about this platform is that it doesn't just depend on live observations or incident reports after something has already happened. It keeps analyzing video footage continuously and flags unsafe actions and PPE violations while they're happening. The biggest benefits are cutting down on manual audits, responding to hazards more quickly, getting data-backed safety insights and making safety coaching more effective by using actual examples from the workplace.

Cons

The alerts can be a bit much at the beginning and it takes some time to fine-tune the system so there aren't too many false positives. It also depends a lot on camera placement and how visible the area is so performance can differ from one location to another. On top of that reviewing the alerts and video clips still takes dedicated time if you want to get the full value out of the platform.

The AI innovation and modern technology really stand out here and it simply works. Once the IT architecture and security validation are completed, installation is very easy. The one on one customer support is also extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Cons

This software could expand into more use cases beyond safety. There's a lot of potential for the platform to grow in that direction.

Pros

It genuinely feels unique compared to other options out there and that's a big reason I value it so much. It helps create a safer work environment by using cameras integrated directly into our production equipment which gives us visibility into activity on the production floor that we normally wouldn't have. I also appreciate how closely the system is tied to our equipment, including its ability to stop when it detects unsafe behavior. The dashboard and the surrounding tools are also an important part of configuring and using the system effectively. Most of all, the core feature of the software while it's actively working on the line is what I rely on the most.

Cons

The way communication is handled through meeting invites could be made better. I already receive a high volume of emails each day and it's common to get five to 10 meeting cancellations followed by another five to 10 new invites added to my calendar. Having that process organized better would make a noticeable difference. There's also plenty of opportunity to improve the dashboard so it feels more user friendly and useful without requiring someone to be an expert. A feature that summarizes the last shift, day or week without forcing users to dig deeply through the data would be especially valuable.
