Pros
Time after time, it has met and even gone beyond what we expected. Their team genuinely invests the effort to understand how your business works. Whenever a standard feature hasn't covered what we needed, they've been very quick to create a solution. The system's flexibility and customization have been a huge upgrade compared to what we used before and the customer service has been outstanding.
Cons
We're really looking forward to seeing how a CRM add-on for it develops in the future.

“Comprehensive features that add real value”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the consistency across the software. Everything connects the way you would hope and moving from one window to another feels natural and simple to use. The added tools like EDI, mobile warehouse, QuickBooks integration, auto-email features and automated backups really add value and make the software feel worth the cost.
Cons
The toughest part on our end is keeping up with the updates. At times, new releases include features we do not need or end up not using. Since the software is designed to fit many different types of companies, there are naturally parts that do not match our operation very well. On the other hand, there are also smaller features we would really like to have that do not get added right away. Even when they are considered, implementation can take 5 to 6 months or even longer depending on the complexity.

Pros
Our team has been using this product since 1997 and it handles the entire process from quoting all the way through order entry, work orders, scheduling, material purchasing, outside processing, inspection, shipping and invoicing. It also gives us great job history and time tracking which has been very useful over the years.
Cons
Honestly there is not really anything that stands out as a problem.

It's a low-cost option with a flexible setup and the team behind it has been fantastic, Joshua especially, along with the others. The software is very functional, offers a lot of customization and overall delivers strong capability for the price.
Cons
Interface can feel a bit cluttered at times and could definitely use a refresh. I'd also really like to see a fully developed product manual.
