“Easy to use and integrate with JIRA”
Pros
I like the integration options, ease of use, flexibility of the system and the excellent customer support.
Cons
It would be beneficial if Qualio provided more consulting support when needed by clients. Additionally, the cost associated with running the system going forward is quite high.

“Qualio has potential”
Pros
One aspect I particularly like is the version control of documents and the ability to make minor changes without requiring re-training. The customer service is exceptional, quickly addressing any issues or queries.
Cons
The 'compare against' function in Qualio proves to be unhelpful as it often highlights entire sections of text instead of specific changes. Additionally, it displays code when modifications are made to tables or images. Another limitation is the inability to directly control revisions for templates. When templates are updated, changes within sections must be manually applied to documents in draft.

“The best app for using your and reviewing your documents during your work.”
Pros
The interface provided by Qualio is what I like the most. It's user-friendly, easily accessible, and has shown unbelievable development over the years.

“Decent QMS support system”
Pros
I value that all the essential functionalities like document management, CAPA, complaint handling and supplier management are available in the system. The referencing between events and documents works seamlessly. It's also relatively easy to customize templates and certain workflows. I also like that system improves regularly and they pay attention to provide validation documentation.
Cons
There are certain features that require more control, such as the implementation of new Event templates. This can significantly impact the quality system, yet there is no established workflow around it. Anyone with the appropriate access level can make changes without review or approval. The formatting of documents can also be inconsistent and challenging to work with at times. Lastly, there is a limitation when it comes to migrating from the sandbox to the production instance.

“Qualio for Biotech”
Pros
Qualio ensures a smooth transition from initial inquiry to product handover. Implementing Qualio at my company was critical, and the system's ease of use and implementation were top priorities. I wanted employees to feel comfortable using the software as it will allows them to focus on creating documentation and other tasks without worrying about software navigation.
Cons
Like any system, there are always desired features that one wishes existed. However, Qualio does an excellent job of accepting ideas and gradually implementing them.

“Qualio to manage SOP DOP”
Pros
Managing document versions with version history is easy. The document control in Qualio is excellent.
Cons
It can be frustrating when viewing version differences in Qualio as it occasionally displays HTML code-level changes in the document, which is irritating to navigate.

“Qualio is a great flexible QMS tool for small companies”
Pros
I have had a great experience with Qualio's customer service, and the onboarding team was very helpful in quickly setting up the system. The flexibility of the system allows for customized processes using their Events feature, and I'm eagerly looking forward to implementing their new analytics features. The change control process is simple and intuitive.
Cons
When comparing Qualio to other eQMS systems, I have noticed the absence of certain basic functionalities. For instance, change control can only be applied to one document at a time, whereas most eQMS platforms allow for revising multiple documents simultaneously. Unfortunately, the system contains bugs across all modules, and the editing and tracking changes tools can be quite tedious and burdensome. Additionally, their design control module is primarily a requirements management tool and does not effectively assist with design control.

“Choose Qualio for your eQMS needs”
Pros
Qualio is easy to implement, maintain, deploy and use. The administration and implementation processes are simple too.
Cons
Similar to any QMS, there are minor areas that could be improved. It's great to see continuous improvements being made to the editor. One significant impact could be achieved by tailoring it to "manager" users, allowing them to view their employees' training on procedures, assign documents for training, and more, without having to rely on system administrators.

“A Great Quality Management System to get you started.”
Pros
Qualio offers a fantastic user interface for creating, editing, reviewing, finding and extracting documents from a reliable document control system. This positive experience extends to their events module, where I can personalize audit and risk functionalities to align with my company's quality journey. The customer service, both during the platform induction and for everyday queries, is exceptional. The platform's help features make it easy for me to find quick assistance, and the regular webinars provide valuable insights into upcoming improvements in my Qualio experience. The sandbox environment is the best as it allows me to experiment before making any irreversible changes in the live environment.
Cons
While Qualio has been making daily improvements, there are still some sticking points in the document creation journey. The experience with creating, reviewing and approving documents is still lacking in terms of ease of use. The supplier event module is also relatively new and not yet a fully polished product, but it's moving in the right direction.

Pros

“Qualio is the Perfect eQMS - Simple and easy to use”
Pros
Having all documents maintained electronically in a single system is a game-changer. I managed a manual QMS for over 13 years, and while it was manageable, Qualio has made it so much easier! The change control feature and Training module are huge bonuses, especially considering they were initially done manually for all those years.
Cons
In the beginning, the document editor in Qualio felt cumbersome, outdated and difficult to use. However, Qualio has made significant improvements to the document editor, resulting in a much more user-friendly experience for creating and editing documents.

“User”
Pros
The platform is easy to use. I can sort and search for keywords, and it automatically notifies users of any new training.
Cons
I am unable to watch training videos within the platform. Only certain users have the ability to create CAPAs, whereas in my previous experience with VeevaVault, any user could create them. I haven't received reminder letters for almost overdue training, although it's possible that I may have missed them.

Pros
Templates are invaluable in guiding content creation across the organization. Events are great for managing approvals and maintaining evidence.
Cons
The training module lacks a matrix-like status feature that shows the relationship between documents, their usage and training requirements/status. The document identification doesn't allow for using predicate quality system document numbers.

Pros
The e-QMS feature, along with the Adobe integration, makes it an eco-friendly and high-quality QMS. Drafting, reviewing, approving and managing changes are intuitive.

Pros
The user interface is excellent which makes it easy to train new users on how to navigate Qualio. The file organization and linking capabilities within documents are impressive.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the change control history only allowing me to see the latest change control. If I want to view previous change control history for older versions of a document, I have to create a draft and delete it once I'm done.
