“Not efficient to run report”
Pros
It thoroughly documents all changes and updates.
Cons
Despite having the data in Qualio, I can't easily run or access reports. It would be great to have the ability to run table reports and export the information into an Excel sheet.

“Excellent solution for most quality management systems”
Pros
With almost endless configuration capabilities, Qualio allows the creation of documents and events that perfectly align with your QMS, eliminating the need to rebuild your QMS to fit the software.
Cons
The inability to easily swap out an approver when they are unavailable is problematic. Currently, I have to revert the document to draft, change the approver and then reroute the document.

“A User-friendly and Efficient System”
Pros
Qualio is incredibly easy to use, featuring a streamlined interface that anticipates the user's needs. This streamlining significantly reduces the time required for creating, editing and accessing documentation securely. Plus, it doesn't require detailed training or a long adjustment period.
Cons
While there are a few areas that could benefit from small cosmetic and quality of life improvements, they are exceptions rather than the norm and don't significantly impact the system's value.

“Qualio set up and execution”
Pros
The user-friendliness of Qualio is remarkable, and the onboarding team is amazing! They provide help throughout the entire process. Having access to Quality specialists is a major advantage, and both the onboarding manager and Quality specialist have been knowledgeable, patient and fantastic. They take feedback positively and share it with internal teams.
Cons
Regarding the Complaints module, I shared feedback with the Qualio team about having editable UDFs. There is room for improvement in document collaboration. It would be beneficial to have the ability to type in a tag instead of selecting from a drop-down list. In the drop-down, it would be useful to categorize the tags. For templates, it would be convenient to link them directly to documents. Additionally, it would be great if forms had revision control and could automatically stamp the form number instead of requiring manual addition.

“Customer Questionnaire”
Pros
Qualio exceeds all expectations with its aesthetically pleasing interface, user-friendly experience and excellent support, all at a competitive cost. Working remotely has become the new normal due to Covid, but it's important to acknowledge the years of employees being tied to physical locations. With Qualio, we can now make our products available worldwide, providing some stability during economic downturns in the US.
Cons
I have noticed that there isn't a clearly defined way to provide feedback to the Qualio team for improvement suggestions. While my ideas have been addressed by Qualio, I believe there should be a ticket system in place to gather feedback on suggestions. This system could be implemented within Qualio and assigned to the IT department. The idea can then go through an approval or denial process, after which the ticket can be closed. It's a simple solution that would streamline the feedback process.

“Easy to use eQMS”
Pros
We have discovered that Qualio is easy and intuitive for non-expert users to navigate. By directly incorporating our most common forms into Qualio, we have eliminated numerous minor errors, ultimately saving our Quality Assurance team a significant amount of time.
Cons
It took us some time to properly set up our training, partly because we weren't clear about our goals. Also in the start, the timing and content of updates were somewhat confusing. However, the introduction of planned and notified release schedules has significantly simplified and improved the user experience.

“Qualio Review”
Pros
As the best document management system, Qualio fulfills all our requirements regarding ISO standards and our company's specific standards. It is highly configurable, boasts a user-friendly interface, facilitates controlled documentation and simplifies collaboration with external parties.
Cons
Personally, I don't have any dislikes, but it would be valuable to gather feedback from current users when incorporating new features or releasing patches. This way, the new features or releases can include the functionalities that are most requested by end users.

“Extremely satisfied with Qualio”
Pros
Compared to a manual QMS, Qualio has made the entire quality system management process very pleasant. From the initial purchase to implementation and going live, we received great support at every step.
Cons
During the implementation process, I encountered some hiccups due to Qualio's change of employees. The management of document creation still has room for improvement, as the text modification capabilities are quite limited compared to tools like Microsoft Word.

“Qualia is the Best Software for Documentation”
Pros
Qualio offers a secure login/access process that can be customized to align with our specific protocol needs. The training process is also commendable, as it provides a clear understanding of one's progress through the training modules. Searching for documents is easy now which makes Qualio an excellent software for Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
Cons
I find it slightly inconvenient to switch from one page to another while reading a document.

“simple and effective”
Pros
Adjusting to Qualio's workflows was quick and hassle-free for the majority of our team members.
Cons
The search functions are not very user-friendly. While the document builder is satisfactory, it could be improved. At times, there are slow load times. I'm unsure if there is a feature to view other users' draft documents. Also it would be great to have the option to output design controls into a document and trace matrix.

“Beware, Qualio is not a Turnkey Solution”
Pros
Using the drafted documents and form templates provided by Qualio makes getting started easier, but it's important to tailor them to our company's specific needs, which requires input from a quality expert. It's also important to understand that simply having the documents does not automatically create a quality system. It's essential not to be misled by the claim that Qualio is a turnkey solution. Additionally, it's important to be aware that Qualio does not allow for early termination of the contracted commitment.
Cons
Creating a QMS with documents alone is not a simple process.

“Qualio Review”
Pros
Being my first experience with a cloud-based QMS, Qualio was relatively easy to learn, thanks to its simple user interface. I also like that they regularly update their platform, which improves the overall experience. For instance, document editing and reviewing have significantly improved over the past couple of years.
Cons
Although it might be beyond the immediate scope, it would be great if Qualio could be integrated with an inventory management system. This would reduce the need for double-entry when identifying specific materials in quality events. Additionally, there are some minor troublesomeness, such as links that lead to superseded documents. It could be beneficial to have a feature that allows for smart linking to a specific version rather than always directing to the most current one.

“Qualio as a Quality Management Software”
Pros
I value the user interface of Qualio, as well as its scalability and adaptability to meet our specific business needs.
Cons
In Events and documents, there is a lack of ability to lock values and text fields. Furthermore, running reports or exporting data for tracking and reporting outside of Qualio is not possible. It would be helpful to have the capability to interface with other data sets.

“I would choose Qualio every time!”
Pros
The ease of use and understanding of Qualio are impressive. The training documents and virtual assistance have been invaluable in training new staff members on how to use the program to its full potential.
Cons
I think the formatting capabilities of documents and the organization of information in events to be important areas for improvement.

“Outstanding eQMS!”
Pros
We have successfully passed cGMP compliance audits by using all the features of Qualio. The system's user-friendly nature and the ability to quickly retrieve any requested documents have left a positive impression on many auditors.
Cons

“A useful and up to date QMS for businesses of all shapes and sizes”
Pros
The constant updates and improvements that Qualio implements are noteworthy and commendable. The level of support they offer, from webinars to onboarding assistance, ensures that we never feel lost or confused. Qualio delivers precisely what we need, and the additional features are pleasant bonuses.
Cons
When I initially started using Qualio, there was a learning curve involved. Although the platform appeared simple and basic, I felt a bit lost when trying to perform advanced actions. There is a sandbox mode available for playing and learning, but anything created in the sandbox cannot be transferred to the actual account.

“User friendly, sleek eQMS software”
Pros
The software's intuitiveness and ease of use are highly commendable. We have encountered very few issues with implementation and understanding of how the system functions and how documents/revisions progress through established workflows. Onboarding new employees and users into the program is relatively effortless.
Cons
I believe the pricing and user license tiers/packages could benefit from some reconsidering. It would be great if Basic users, who essentially have read-only access to Training and the Document Library, didn't consume a license from our annual subscription. Ideally, the user packages should only be paid for by Quality/Normal users who are actively creating and revising documents or working on CAPAs, Nonconformances, and Supplier Approval features. Basic (read-only) users should be able to log in and view approved, effective documents for training purposes without using a user license, as they don't have access to the other features of the software. Some other eQMS software and programs offer a separate training portal that can be accessed by any basic users without affecting the user licenses.
