“Rhino integration and machining flexibility”
Pros
Working with it has been a really positive experience, especially because it connects so well with Rhino 3D which is already a widely used 3D modeling platform. That close integration makes the workflow feel natural and helps a lot when moving from design into machining. Another big advantage is the broad set of machining strategies it offers, giving plenty of flexibility and versatility across different manufacturing tasks and project types. On top of that, the user community is active and helpful so it's reassuring to know there's solid support and shared knowledge available when needed.
Cons
One area that could definitely be improved is the documentation and tutorial content since some parts feel less comprehensive than they should be. It would be helpful to have more detailed learning resources, especially for users trying to get deeper into the software. There are also occasional performance slowdowns, particularly when handling large-scale or more complex projects. A few advanced features also seem to be missing which may matter more to users with higher-end or specialized machining requirements.

“Freeform precision for architects”
Pros
Being able to mirror freeform designs directly from Rhino has made a big difference in how efficiently our architects can work. The computer-aided manufacturing capabilities have also helped us strengthen our position and become one of the leaders in the industry.
Cons
Getting the software installed and properly configured can be a challenge. We've spent a lot of time dealing with setup and there have been instances where installations failed which only made the process take even longer.

“Powerful multi-axis machining suite”
Pros
A big advantage of this software is its 2 1/2, 3, 4 and 5-axis machining capability. It also includes free post processors, plus a generator that lets you build custom post processors when needed. The toolpath strategies are solid and the available modules for machining, turning and artistic work make it a versatile option.
Cons
Support feels more limited than with some other software, likely because of how it's used. It's also quite expensive compared to other manufacturing solutions and there's definitely a learning curve that makes it harder for beginners to get comfortable with.

“Limited use beyond custom work”
Pros
Creating unique 3D designs in this program is pretty simple. It does take a lot of time to work through things but I enjoy using it so that part doesn't really bother me.
Cons
It's mainly practical for highly custom projects that need a lot of creative design and those kinds of jobs usually aren't very common or repeatable.

“Saves a lot of time !”
Pros
One thing that really helped us with RhinoCAM is how much time it saves by translating data back and forth and generating two files in the process. It also handles full 3D toolpaths, like pencil tracing on models, really well. Using RhinoCAM has been a very positive experience overall and it's been reliable for our work while still being simple to use.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major problems aside from the initial setup. The only area that could use improvement is the mobile version which needs more updates so it can run faster.

“secure CAD at lower cost”
Pros
Pairing Rhino with RhinoCAM gives us a very secure and safe CAD setup which is something that matters a lot these days. Another big plus is the pricing. RhinoCAM costs far less than many other CAM options in the market so it naturally attracts more customers because of its affordability.
Cons
The design keeps changing quite often so customers have to keep adjusting their products to match. Since they do not stay consistent with their basic design, it creates a lot of trouble when switching from one version or design to another.

“Powerful CNC toolkit boost”
Pros
Adding it to a CNC toolkit really helps improve programming skills and it works well as a computer-aided machining plug-in inside Rhinoceros. It also helps identify the best possible render engines which is a nice advantage. From a business side, bringing RhinoCAM into the workflow can attract more clients more quickly and the CAM Tree Manager makes it much easier to monitor a job efficiently from the first stage all the way to the final step.
Cons
Because it automates so much to improve programming efficiency, workers may not build up their own judgment for things like estimating cutting depth and how much material should be removed. Another downside is the cost tied to performance requirements. RhinoCAM needs strong processing speed and power which usually means investing in a high-end computer and that makes the overall setup much more expensive than using a standard machine.

“All-in-one solution !”
Pros
Right from the start, everything you need is laid out clearly in front of you so the title really speaks for itself. The software works as an all-in-one solution which is a big plus. It runs fast and doesn't demand a powerful, high-end computer to perform well. MecSoft also does an excellent job with the tutorials, they cover nearly everything in the program so you're rarely left without an answer.
Cons
The only thing that feels a bit dated is the program's animations. They look somewhat old-fashioned and could be improved with more polished, fluid details. Other than that, I don't really have any complaints.

“fast and reliable”
Pros
It has been a fast and reliable CNC program for me and it pretty much includes everything needed to get the job done. During milling, the animation feels very fluid which makes the whole process easier to follow. The screen design and color choices also help a lot since it's simple to understand what's happening and clearly see the toolpath before moving forward.
Cons
Interface could definitely use some improvement. I'd really like to see more attractive buttons, especially along the top toolbar where bigger icons and more polished graphics would make it look better. Other than that, I don't really have any complaints.
