Love the all-in-one communication

Pros

Running our private practice with it has been a really positive experience because it lets me stay connected with clients in several ways from one place. We can call, text and fax all through the app which makes virtual work much more convenient while still keeping communication consistent. It covers everything we need it to do and the pricing feels fair since we only need two logins.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is the archived conversations. I save all of our message history and it would be much better if there were an easier way to filter and locate older conversations.

easy setup for clients

Pros

Onboarding from the client side was simple for us and it didn't come loaded with a bunch of unnecessary features that would make things confusing.

Cons

A downside is that it's not very convenient to reach a practitioner unless there's already a scheduled appointment so cancellations end up needing to be handled outside the platform.

Excellent scheduling visibility

Pros

The service has been outstanding. We can see everything that's been scheduled and the notifications keep us updated as well.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues at this point. The whole process feels seamless and is simple to use and understand.

Helpful for growing patient volume

Pros

As our doctor's office takes on more patients every year, having software like this really helps manage the increasing number of patients and incoming inquiries especially when the office has a limited staff.

Cons

This software would be much better for us if it could integrate with more platforms since that limitation is still holding it back.

Pros

Staying in touch with clients is very easy for me through this software and being able to send large documents is a big plus.

Cons

Platform is fairly basic which can be good if you want something simple but it would be better for us with more features, like virtual platform options.

amazing software

Pros

For me all the information I needed in one place made this app really convenient to use. Messaging my doctor directly was simple and I could get support whenever I needed it. One thing that really stood out was how fast everything was I was even able to get medicine the same day. It was also really helpful that I could send my doctor a message anytime, not just during scheduled appointments. And if they weren't available, the support team would reply and do everything they could to help. I was genuinely very impressed with this app.

Cons

I didn't come across anything I disliked about the app.

Useful automated replies

Pros

One feature I really appreciate is being able to send automated message replies, like out-of-office responses.

Confusing start and weak support

Pros

There's nothing positive to mention here.

Cons

Getting started was very confusing for us and there was no personal connection or one-on-one onboarding outside of a group setting. They also said they don't have the capacity to work with small businesses and they don't provide 24-hour support.

fantastic for team communication

Pros

Communicating with clients and team members feels really easy with it. It's simple to notice when a new call or text comes in and route it to the right team member. I'm also able to stay on top of completed tasks and quickly see what still needs follow-up.

Cons

My only complaint is that there isn't a hard copy of sent faxes available to upload into a client's chart as proof that they were received.
