customizable and logical tracking

Pros

I love the many ways I can customize it to fine-tune different parts of my business. Tracking parts, following orders and the overall visibility are very logical and simple for my team to use.

Cons

At the start I felt there were extra unnecessary steps to enter an order for my shop. Over time with help from their engineers, we got rid of some and the others just became a normal part of entering hundreds of orders.

Live process monitoring & expansion

Pros

It has given my company the chance to watch our processes and expand using live data.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems that disappointed me that weren't fixed after I talked to the team about them.

simplified work and job cost insight

Pros

It has made our daily work so much simpler. One of the biggest wins for me is the detailed view I now have into job costs. I've been able to adjust prices when needed and my customers have understood. It's also shown me exactly where I need to find ways to be more productive. Now my whole team works from one single system instead of jumping between different programs. This has also made training new people consistent every time. The part-specific instructions that travel with each job have made sure every operator knows the steps at every stage. All the information they need is right there every single time. It creates amazing consistency.

Cons

There are just a couple of things I'm hoping for in the future: an option to edit an invoice instead of creating a whole new one when a change is needed and seeing the part number or at least the quantity, listed on the received orders or work order page.

No initial setup fee

Pros

For my powder coating business specifically there was no initial setup or development fee.

Cons

A few tools like the Reporting aren't very easy to figure out on your own but the team is always helpful with my questions and improves the platform based on my feedback.

great for business insights

Pros

My favorite thing is how easily I can get to all the information which helps me understand my company better. I can see exactly where my profits are coming from or if I need to improve our overall efficiency. In my opinion that's incredibly valuable for any business, big or small. There are also tons of useful tools available.

Cons

What I like least is that it can't be completely tailored to my specific business but the team does a great job trying to work around that.

Production flow and access anytime

Pros

I rely on it for watching the production flow and monitoring. I love that I can access it anytime from my phone or computer.

Cons

The monthly cost is a bit high. Also the automated emails sometimes get caught in spam filters.

quoting tool is efficient and paperless

Pros

We use the quoting tool the most right now. It lets me gather all our quote details, drawings and specs in one place so I never have to dig through paper files again. As we connect more of our shop it keeps making us more efficient. No more paper job tickets, digital packing slips and signatures, a complete picture of where every job is in my facility.� the list goes on.

Cons

I really don't dislike anything right now. It's a newer program so while there might be a missing tool or a limitation, their developers are ALWAYS updating it and adding new functions. I literally wake up excited to see what's coming next!

support is fast and tailored

Pros

The thing that stands out most for me is The support. It's fast and tailored to my needs. This is a major advantage over other options.

Cons

Some features we don't use are still visible. Setting everything up for all the specific details of my business was a bit harder than I expected. Looking back I should have spent more time upfront reviewing the process they built and getting input from my shop floor team.

user-friendly for job tracking

Pros

It's user-friendly and easy to operate. I can track every job without any trouble. Since everything is digital, it's convenient to quickly find work orders, packing slips, invoices and more. The most helpful part for me is checking exactly where a job is in my shop the moment a customer calls to ask about their order status.

Cons

Connecting it with Sage was a bit of a headache at first but now that it's done, everything we need transfers over perfectly.
