Pros
It offers a lot of customization layers which makes it possible to fine-tune different parts of the operation. Handling moving pieces, tracking orders and maintaining overall visibility all feel very easy and simple for operators.
Cons
In the beginning order entry included a few extra steps that felt redundant or unnecessary for the way we work. Over time, with help from the engineers, we were able to eliminate some of them and the rest became routine after entering hundreds of orders.
